I met Robert at my house, he examined my roof and we talked briefly. He emailed me the estimate and information to do further research to learn about specific materials and always made himself available for any questions I might have. This was a huge plus in my book.Rob and his crew were very nice, showed up when they said they would and kept me apprised of the work and the scheduling. I was really impressed with their thoroughness and follow up--I have an unconventionally shaped vent cap and they worked for about a month to locate and purchase one, and come install it without additional cost to me.Such a huge relief to face the upcoming Puget Sound winter weather with my new high quality roof!
