Although I am just entering the demolition phase of my project, everything has been absolutely wonderful.

This was a very expensive job and well over the agreed upon budget. I was satisfied with the work done and for the most part really enjoyed my interaction with its employees. Near the end of the job is when everything went sour for me.

Creekstone did a beautiful job of remodeling our home. We've previously used Creekstone for a Master Bath remodel and were so happy with the result, we did not hesitate to use Creekstone for a major house remodel.

The overall arc of our experience with Creekstone was very positive. Compared to many other friend's experiences I have heard, I feel fortunate to have found such a great company. It was not perfect, but what is. The main interactions throughout the design phase with John and Seaian were excellent. Corrections were always made in a timely way. There was a genuine desire to provide us with a kitchen we love and that is what we have.

Great experience for such a large job. John was very clear at every stage of planning and budgeting. He answered all our questions and as novices to remodeling, gave us pointers and watch outs. We had a high level of trust, especially with the entry area/stairway details. We knew that there would be a fix to any unforseen issues.

I am delighted with the remodel of our kitchen, bathrooms and utility room. Everything exceeded our expectations. I can't believe this is my house.
