Cross Timbers is a thoroughly professional organization. Our project was started as scheduled, and was completed on time with minimal inconvenience to us. I think we got fair value for our money.

CTR's estimator did an excellent job explaining the reroofing process and options. Their quote for the work was excellent and worked with me on two outbuildings. The job was completed as scheduled and everything very well cleaned up. The icing on the cake is their post completion inspection by a senior technician. The senior tech went over the roofing and cleanup with a fine tooth comb. When I asked about paying the bill he said you don't get a bill until we are both happy. Great service, great quality and great price. I highly recommend CTR.

Only one possible improvement I can think of. No member of the crew could understand English so impossible for me to ask the few questions I might have had during the work. Suggest that at least on person in each crew be able to speak English.

The price was about half of what I was quoted from other companies. They also did a great job cleaning up - we have only found 2 nails in our driveway/yard, which I think is incredible. Cross Timbers Roofing was very easy to work with and provided quality service

I had been waiting for 2 months for a schedule from a well known area roofing company following my authorization to them to do the work. i had spoken with them three times and was told someone would be in touch. I HAD A HOLE IN MY ROOF!I contacted CTR and was told someone would be in touch to visit and complete the repair if possible or provide an estimate and schedule the repair. Someone called me, had the roofing mechanic there that afternoon, completed the repair using materials I had from the original roof, and was gone within an hour. This on a 12:12 roof at the attic level! CTR IS THE BEST IN MY OPINION!!

I have used Cross Timbers for several roof repair jobs and for re-roofing my house. I have always been satisfied with their work.

CTR responded extremely quickly with set up and implementation. The gentleman, who came out to our house for the call, found a couple of additional issues, which I was unaware of, and was able to fix them as well. CTR quickly arrived on site and identified the reason my roof was leaking. They fit me in their schedule to fix it before a coming storm so the interior of my house wouldn’t be further damaged. At a time when every roofing company was busy, including Cross Timbers, for weeks due to unprecedented amounts of rain, I was very happy to see someone sent to assess our leaking roof. A temporary fix was done that day which held until it could be fixed permanently. This happened sooner than expected when another bad storm was forecast. I was very pleased!
