Crown Exteriors provided essential advice for new homeowners who were dealing with cedar siding. They were knowledgeable and lead with agility. For example we asked them to modify are garage door arches from gothic to traditional and change the front area post. They accommodated us and provide additional design experts. Our new roof, siding, soffit, fascia, and gutters look amazing! Words cannot express how wonderful our experience has been with Crown exteriors. We still can't believe it is our home when we pull into our driveway. The workmanship and quality had still has our neighbors stopping by and telling us how beautiful our home looks!Chad (Sales Manager) is extremely knowledgeable, listens and is great at communicating the overall vision. Chuck (Project Manager) too is extremely knowledgeable, reliable, never missed a phone call and was extremely helpful in making key design decisions, Mark and Andy (Installers) A+, I never had to second guess their work, they fixed things before I even had time to ask, always on time and were completely professional. They too were extremely helpful in making design decisions. We have worked with many businesses over our 14 years in this home and Crown Exteriors is the only company we can truly say (no pun intended) NAILED IT!!!!! It was a 5* experience all the way around.

The people at Crown Exteriors are professional and their workmanship is excellent. I was happy that they had an actual person answer the phone. We talked about my project and they told me when they would be able to come out and take a look. They arrived on time and were very nice people. The quote came on the same day. The project was scheduled for a week out, with the possibility of it being sooner. They were out the next day to do my repair! The installer was professional and very polite. Overall, this was an excellent experience and if I ever have something that needs to be done that is within the expertise of Crown...I will definitely use them again. Excellent customer service and talented people that make you feel like your project is important...no matter how small. :)
