I was very happy with what they did.
I was not satisfied with the work they did. They removed a closet that was still condition. Damaged the wall on the process. That was additional stuff. They asked if they could do the res instruction. I said I wasn't sure if I was going to use them for the recuntructiion. I asked for a quote 3 times never got a call back. They also left their suits trash underneath the crawl space.
CTR Clean Up really provided peace of mind that everything would be repaired and better than ever.

they did not ever give a schedule they would just call and see if they could come to check machines and that was not every day. they said they got all the mold, but when we went to restore the room, we found lots more mold up in the wall that had to be cleaned up before we could put stuff back together. when i talked to my adjuster, he said that mold would have dried up IT IS A BATHROOM WHERE WE TAKE SHOWERS.
They have been nonresponsive. They aren’t here when they are supposed to be here. It is taking to long for this project to be completed. Unacceptable.
They took up my whole floor instead of just a section that was wet. Claim to have found asbestos and ripped out my cupboards in such a manner that they couldn’t be put back and had to have new ones made

I appreciate the individuals that came to my home to work on specific projects. They were hard working, courteous, and skillful. The communication and scheduling of the project was very frustrating for me. I understand that CTR has many projects and issues that arise which causes a domino effect. It would be beneficial to the company to keep their customers in the loop rather than assuming they know or making them wait. Customer service is one of the most important aspect to consider on any project.

They are pretty good at setting lots of fans and dehumidifiers to dry things out but their actual demo, salvage and cleanup after the job fell short of my expectations.

Winter of 2016-2017 proved to be a pretty rough one for homeowners and businesses. We had major ice dam, turning into leaky ceiling turning into wet floors etc. After calling insurance company, they sent out a business crew to evaluate and start clean up. That business was CTR. Right from the start, we were impressed with them professionally as well as personally. They started process and kept in contact all the way through explaining things to us as they worked. We decided, during this process, that we would continue working with them through the restoration. They have done an exceptional job right from the start and in a timely manner. I certainly appreciated the communication they kept up with us during this time, so that we knew exactly what they were going to do and when. I most certainly would recommend this company to my friends and family and I have already done so with some of my family.
The people were wonderful. All work was done professionally and on time. Loved the fact that I have been kept informed of all the process and am very happy with the finished workmanship!
Everything was done quickly. With all of the snow, it was really difficult for them to get down there but they were able to do what they needed to do to make it happen.
Very professional and explained the process in detail up front. However, after we awarded them the business and the process started, two weeks turned into about 4 months. The project manager had an excuse for everything and delay turned into delay. The work was mediocre at best and I had to stay on top of them to get the work up to an acceptable quality as well as keeping them on schedule as much as I could. Had I not taken the role of the Project Manager, I don't know if we would be done with the project to date.
