They do a good job, but you can't get them on the job. They don't show up when they are supposed to.

Water clean up was fast and I had a good experience initially, but then the company started restructuring its employees. Supervisors changed three times, several issues happened with the construction part of things, several things were missed, broken, had to be redone. Communication was not great between the employees and the owner. Yes it was probably annoying that I’ve messaged them every week to check on progress the past 9 months, and they’re a water clean up company first, so those situations take priority, but it wouldn’t have taken this long if they hadn’t decided to get rid of employees. They really need to have a water cleanup team and a construction team separate. The job still isn’t done because the dining room connected to the kitchen that was damaged didn’t get requested to be replaced on my claim until I took the initiative to request it. This is my very first homeowners claim, so I’m sure to do things differently if something happens to my home in future. Base line, fast mitigation company, very slow construction company. I would not recommend them if you want construction done quickly in the LC valley.

The project took really long, and they did not clean up after themselves at the end of each day.

Everything was good, other than the extension cord box that started the fire in my laundry room. They were very prompt in taking care of the issue.

They did a great job. They met all of my requirements. The were superb contractors that did a phenominal job. Shout out to Corey Sharp the (sheetrock and patinter). He was awesome. The crew was super. I couldn't have asked for a better team. They were on time and worked hard. They made me feel like family not just another customer.
