They are happy to tear your house apart and perform the mitigation, this they did well. Getting it put back together is another story. They must make their money on the mitigation. We let our bathroom sit for months, then opted to put it back together ourselves. Called around to other places, they all gave the same iffy timelines. Do yourself a favor, hire a regular contractor to put your house back together.

The workers did an excellent job! Great detail was given to the project. They cleaned up after themselves each day and were very respectful to us and our home. Our only complaint was that it took nearly 4 months to complete. We did not see them everyday, and sometimes a week or more in between work days. We found it interesting that we never received a bill for the final work and we had to call them numerous times to try to pay them. The owners need a lot of reorganization in their office. However, everyone was very nice to speak to. The important piece, is the excellent quality of work. The long delays and office disorganization were minor compared to the work. We would not hesitate to hire them for any additional projects that we may have.

The work done was quality. The speed in which it was done was poor. Communication was poor. If you want to know what is happening you have to ask because nobody offers information freely.

They were a fantastic company to deal with. They got everything done and turned a horrible situation into a good one.

CTR did an excellent job restoring my house after a plumbing disaster. The employees were all very professional, friendly and courteous. Would recommend using them.

Shawn Rudnick, the project manager and estimator, did a really awesome job all the way through from beginning to end. They did well even with the timing of the work. I have to give Shawn and the crew a lot of credit for that.

They were nice and pretty easy to work with, however they could have been a better with quality and a little quicker.
