We decided to replace the windows and doors of a home we had recently purchased. After meeting with multiple window & door contractors we determined that we wanted to use Provia's windows and doors. We met with David at our home to discuss the project and our options within the Provia product line. David was very informative and made several recommendations that allowed us to improve sight lines (looking from insight to outside our home) which allowed better enjoyment of the views from our home. He provided several ideas for us to consider which helped to make choices to lower the cost in areas that were less important to us while keeping the quality of the windows high. He and his team did a good job of installing the product. They were efficient and maintained a high quality of workmanship while consistently keeping our home clean. While there are always a couple of unexpected things that occur with a major project like the one they completed for us, the real difference in contractors often comes down to how they deal with the challenges. David did an excellent job of handling things that arose to our full satisfaction. We absolutely love the new windows and doors and very pleased that we entrusted Cumberland Vinyl to install them!

Mr Hoover is a fine young man. A man of few words yet communicated answers to our questions succinctly. He brought his lovely wife and 3 beautiful children along with him the first visit. We loved it. The children were so cute and respectful. The entire experience was low drama and done well.
