There was a strong lack of communication from Centricity, and they did not follow through with their word.
I paid my warranty for a reason
So I can use it when I need it but you sent you technician and he said he the it was just a replacement of some part
The I got an email from you guys saying that my warranty it was declined for something that he didn't mention to as
It is too complicated to get an appointment for them to service your appliance.
The team response was very delayed I kept calling after 3 weeks wait time and no one was able to give an answer about the status on my device. After they just had me on a constant wait for over 2 weeks... no a good costumer service.
Tried to use the warranty. My PS5 was cutting off after 20 minutes of gameplay , they told me Because I called about a previous incident with the cd drive getting stuck 2 years before, that they won’t honor their warranty contract. I need to provide proof that I sent in the PS5 to Sony . I told them the cd ejected so it was no reason to send it in to Sony, and that this is something totally different from the cd getting stuck .
This time around I would say no to recommending to a friend

My device was returned to me not repaired. Tried to fix issue but representatives couldn’t help at all.
I appreciate the help as far as replacing the items that were needed to be replaced. However, the controller I received as a replacement was a completely different controller than the original
one I bought/ sent in to be replaced. The controller I sent in was clean, no broken analog sticks, & pretty much brand new looking.
The controller sent back to me was disgusting, greasy and had broken analog sticks.
I did not bother to even see if it worked because it was just so gross. I don’t understand why a company would even consider sending that as a replacement. So I emailed them and I have yet to see the new replacement thst should be received by 03/23/2023 … I appreciate the fact the warranty worked but don’t understand why I wasn’t sent a brand new controller or at least my controller I sent in, but fixed.
They haven’t come to repair my sofa after a month of the diagnosis

Worst warranty ever! I was lied to the whole time ! Never could get an honest representative who can actually do there job right ! The leads and all reps are so unprofessional just lying back to back just to not help me when it was there fault my phone was sent to the wrong location in a whole other state! Took them over a month to figure this out !
Bad service, after receiving a repair it had brought new issues such software issue and there is visible dust inside the lens of the camera. Dust inside the phone can be really damaging on hardware.
El refrigerador se descompuso y pasaron más de 4 meses para que finalmente me lo pudieran componer no podía tener nada de comida tuve que comprar otro refrigerador como se supone que iba esperar tanto tiempo y nadie podía hacer nada ni los gerentes de la tienda que hacen comprar una garantía que no sirve.

The warranty plan is necessary for any future needed repairs. The only thing I would advise future clients is the extreme length of time it takes to get repairs and the slow customer service. I had to wait over a month to be serviced and had to make numerous calls to remind the company about my claim.
I am dissatisfied, they paid me only 65% of what my TV cost. When I bought the warranty they never told me that this would happen
