Professional, friendly and trustworthy!

Communication has been very good between Koontz and ourselves. From the beginning were weekly meetings recapping what was accomplished the prior week, what would be accomplished the current week, where we were with the time schedule/subcontractors/materials in the weeks to come. We were given “homework” to complete as time drew near to order paint/flooring/cabinetry/tile/etc. These meetings were invaluable and we knew what to expect from week to week. Their building crews were polite, worked well together and took ownership of their work. They were also good at offering advice, recommendations and ideas when asked.

We were impressed with the management of the project and kept well informed throughout all stages and what to expect. There appeared to be excellent communication and coordination with the project crew as well as subcontractors. The crew was punctual, considerate and conscientious. The work was first rate and we are delighted with the finished project.

Great staff to work with and very professional. Work Quality was great. Certainly not the cheapest but worth every penny if you want a quality job and not have to worry about the work in the future. I really liked the staff very caring and professional, was amazed at the time it took for demo.

This project was our 3rd remodeling job with Dale Koontz team. The lead project manager was extremely professional and made every attempt to not disrupt our routine family life. Our master bathroom now has a more contemporary look.
