Work unfolded exactly as outlined in the bid. Extra repairs and costs were clearly described and permission to proceed was always obtained. The job site was always clean and disruption kept to a bare minimum. Would use them again without hesitation.

They did our roof repair when we first got the house. It was a tricky situation, the roof was not that old, yet the rafter tail rot was horrible. Logsdon diagnosed the problem, and gave us a reasonable price to get the roof into shape (fix flashing and reroof patio). We just had them back to modernize the attic. It needed insulation and proper venting. Logsdon to the rescue!

Had to come out a second time to fix my roof leak. Charged $750 for about 20 minutes of work. Unfortunately, with the last big rain we had, the problem is still not resolved.

Logsdon was recommended to us by a (now retired) contractor from this area. We were told that Logdson was not the cheapest but they were the best. Unfortunately, we found that they were the most expensive bid., however, did not prove to be the best experience. From some of the issues experienced we are not sure about the workmanship.

Dana Logsdon roofing came highly recommended from a friend and a neighbor. However the responsiveness and throughness at the start was not good at all (Except for Jose Alvarez - he is very responsive). I'm also hearing from the same people that gave me a recommendation that they are not happy. Long time to get a response (especially for proposal issues and scheduling) but were on my ass for payment once job was done. Waiting to see how the work holds up - that can only be known after a few years. Initial proposal missed a key section that had been communicated to the company causing major water ingress during heavy rains, even though half the roof was fixed (because this area was not fixed - due to the incorrect first proposal). Then the second proposal was incorrect - pointed to the other side of the house from where the major leaks were - thankfully I knew to closely review this time (due to earlier miss) and it took multiple weeks for the company to correct the issue on the proposal as well as respond to my emails - Again it took a phone call to Jose Alvarez to get this done. He is an asset.

This company was very responsive and showed a sense of urgency to get our roof covered during a rain storm. They then promptly scheduled an appointment for complete repairs and did that in a timely manner.

The repair performed leaked immediately once again. Used at another location per recommendation and was unreliable and repair leaked again. Had to dispute invoice.

I was generally very satisfied with the work of Dana Logsdon. The one error that was made, in my opinion, was tearing off then entire roof and then not being able to effectively seal the flat roof sections before they were renewed. When it rained we then had water ingress into the house. To Dana Logsdon's credit they worked to get the flat roof sections finished quickly. They also arranged (at their expense) for someone to assess the internal water damage and to make the necessary repairs to restore the interior to its former condition.
