Dave Korody & Associates exceeded my expectations in taking care of the issues caused by water in our basement. It came out great. Jason Korody was easy to work with and made sure we were happy with the work and each step along the way.

Dave Korody & Associates, Inc. was informative. Whenever I had questions, they responded quickly with answers. Everything was smooth the entire time, and I felt very informed.

Once they started they worked for 3 days and no one would show up for 4 days. A couple of items could have been ordered earlier so there wasn’t a time crunch to make a selection. Phone calls were always answered and returned.

Dave Korody & Associates was assigned to me by my insurance company to repair major leak damage. They were professional, efficient, easy to communicate with, and did a fantastic job overall. I made sure to save their cards in case I need future repairs.

The only complaint I have is that they left their garbage. He said that he would send someone to pick it up but he never did.

I was away for the winter when my son-in-law, who was on-site, discovered that my basement had flooded. Following remediation, my insurance company recommended Korody Associates for repairs, including tile replacement, painting, and carpeting. Dave, Jason, and John Taylor communicated frequently via email and phone to inform me of progress and send samples and "paperwork.". They even replaced stairway carpeting to match the new basement carpeting. Upon my return, I was completely satisfied with the quality of the materials and workmanship. Excellent job!

I was out of town when my basement flooded. Korody & Associates were recommended by my insurance company to make repairs. They communicated frequently, sent me samples and paperwork via email. My son-in-law met them on site once or twice, suggested changes that were incorporated, and viewed the finished product. I was extremely satisfied with the quality of materials and workmanship when I returned.

Dave's people were friendly how ever they were slow working on the project if they had spent full days working on it, we could have been completed lot sooner. Also if your getting extras make sure you know what hes charging.

Dave Korody & Associates was a wonderful company to work with.

Dave has a experienced work crew that will address the needs of repairs and perform them to the customers satisfaction. Also communications were very good between Dave and his work crew. Materials and installation were always to the customers approval. A very noticeable item was they made sure everything was cleaned up and removed after every aspect of the repairs. Upon completion of job they do a walk through and if any issues are seen they are fixed. I would hire them outside of insurance claims to do any work for me.

Dave was great; he was sent out by Allstate when I disputed with them the low coverage offered after our basement flooded. Allstate forced us to have a flood mitigation company come out (by threatening reduced coverage if problems arose later) and tear up the carpeting, drywall, the works. Then they refused to replace carpeting that clearly needed it, and offered very little in the way of payment to repair the drywall, baseboards, and paint.When I began to argue, they sent out one of "their" contractors - Dave. I was prepared to be lowballed again, but Dave noticed right away that the measurements were wrong, that the payment should be almost tripled, and that the carpeting was shot. He pursued this with Allstate and got it approved quickly. Then he pushed the repairs through for us just get them done before Christmas. He even knocked some money off because I removed the old carpeting myself. His subcontractors were all fantastic too. We'd hire him again in a minute.

They were always there on time. John and his son Jake were awesome. Anything I asked, they helped with and made it happen. We were very pleased.

They know How to treat people and they know what it takes to do the job right. No mistakes were made on the job. They got it right the first Time . They were very Professional in the work they they did. Great people to deal with!

After 6 months of waiting for my home to be complete, I emailed Dave and Associates of things that were either not done, things that were broken, and things that were thrown out that shouldn't have been, and I was practically treated like a piece of crap! I was rushed off the phone several times and Dave pretty much told me that he has spent too much money on my project when all I wanted was my home to be in livable condition as to the way it was before the damage was done. So, now it looks like I won't be in my home for several more months because of plumbing issues and other things!
