The installation crew were always on time, very knowledgeable, competent, cleaned up each day, and finished early. They not only primed any wood repairs, but matched the finish color! We have had numerous neighbors remark on how good our roof looks. Also, the price was very fair and competitive.

Overall the job, crew and price were all excellent. Just slight inconvenience of having lots of supplies left 'neatly' around in my front yard after job was done -- but there was also a delay in billing so I guess a trade off. Also, again a small thing, the TV dish I asked they disconnect and take away, sat on my roof disconnected for weeks, even after an email and a call asking they take it away. Small things, in the big picture the quality of work was excellent.

They put a hatch on my roof that is hydraulically lifted and provided a space on the roof so that I could sit up there at night and look at the stars. They were cheerful about making it. I told them I wanted to invite them back for a mariachi party. They did a beautiful job!

I am extremely pleased with the workmanship provided by DC Roofing. In one instance, a crew member stepped through an old board and punctured a hole in the ceiling. The repair was made quickly and thoroughly - as if the incident never happened. The DC Roofing crew was timely and did a marvelous job with installation and cleanup. I will gladly recommend them for their honesty, competitive pricing, and quality of work.

Terry was the face of the company. He was the salesperson that came out and looked at the job. He also followed up. He is really, really good, friendly, and explained the project very clearly. He is very approachable. He really adds the extra touch that the company needs as the face of the company. He is the person we trusted and why we signed up.

The quality of the work was great, but communication was horrible. I emailed, texted, and called in my concerns and got little or inaccurate responses from the office. I was finally able to get everything cleared up after the project was complete during a walk through, but I would have liked more communications with some of the issues I was noticing during the install.

I would rate them a 5.

I was considering doing a lift and lay with our existing tile roof but we decided to do a full replacement with shingle and we are so happy with the look and quality of the material and workmanship. Also gave us peace of mind to have all our leaks fixed before this rainy season.

We are so happy we used them, The guys were wonderful and our roof is perfect!
