I am pleased with the workers' attitude, nice and honest.

I hesitate recommending Diamond Ridge to my friends because timely communication on the progress of the project or answering my inquiries was not good.

Two week timeline turned into 3 months.
Our project included a whole house fan, an attic fan, solar tunnel, and new gutters. The time it took for completion was over three months and it failed inspection twice due to faulty electrical installation. The manufacturer warranty information for the whole house and attic fan was discarded at time of installation so the third month was waiting for Diamond Ridge to reach out to the manufacturer for a warranty information using the serial numbers on their products. The communication was inconsistent and we experienced multiple no shows. We were promised project managers on the job each day with their team. Instead we given teams of very hardworking men and boys without guidance or supervision that we couldn't communicate with.

Everything was explained before hand and I was kept up to date on the progress.

They were very thorough and kept us in the loop with everything that was happening. They kept the jobsite clean from beginning to end.

I have given Diamond Ridge and Julian to several people already.

Diamond Ridge Roofing system project managers both Alex Lopes and Julian Mattos were reliable and knowledgeable. Before I even hired them for my roof installation, they spent a considerable amount of time explaining the process to my my family and myself. They completed the job and sent me pics of the process during the entire roofing installation. I would definitely recommend them to my friends.

Having a new roof installed is a huge purchase cost for a home and I was very impressed from beginning through the end with Diamond Ridge Roofing Systems and the roofing products they offer especially Owens Corning Duration Cool shingles.
