Such a great company to work with. Everyone was very helpful throughout the whole process, they communicated effectively, and provided outstanding service.

The deck crew was amazing! The siding crew would also get an amazing review IF they didn’t leave our yard a mess with leftover materials and an overflowing dumpster that because of weather conditions, was blowing trash materials all over our yard and a neighbors.
The window crew were very good.
The door crew left much to be desired. It was freezing cold, the salesman told us it would be minutes that our home would be open to the elements, it was over four hours with two French door openings exposed on one of the windiest, coldest days of winter in 2025.

The technicians are effective efficient and professional

I had to tell the installer to grout the sides of the window on the inside. There was a wide gap with staples that looked like the frame could get loose in time or accumulate debris ir even water in time. I am still not sure if the inside framing is correct as it is not truly fitted to the window space and looks like it could fall apart in time with the staples.

I like the customer service.

Unfortunately, I will not recommend this company to anyone. There were some positives from this experience, but the negatives heavily outweighed them. One of the greatest complaints i have is the communication (or lack thereof) of information that began with the salesperson and throughout the experience working with the decking department. I sent an email to Anthony Gammit (no response), I sent numerous text messages to confirm dates/times and frequently took days to respond and often it was last minute notice. Additionally, when the deck portion was complete, my wife (who just had her second surgery) was utilizing the stairs only to fall through the black vertical post that we found out was not properly secured. The DiGiorgi team had a prompt response to fix that but it should have never been an issue. One of the major issues was the Siding replacement for the portion that was destroyed during the deck installation. We were told by the sales person that part of the process was that the siding team would find a match for the portions that needed it. In the end it proved difficult to find our siding as our current siding has been weathered from the UV. This leads to the replacement siding not even remotely matching what i have currently installed.

We'd recommend for a siding job, but not for a more complicated job , like our sunroom/deck addition.

Installers left, after 1 day of work, neglecting to properly instal the required extension cords. (left overs from their truck. Gave me new date of Jan.04. Hope they will straighten out the mess they left

Excellent garage doors and the installer was superb. He and his assistant were fast and efficient yet took time to answer all my questions. Importantly he answered my wife's questions and showed her how the doors would be air-tight when completed. Highly recommend the Costco program and the installation services by DiGiorgi Roofing.

They delivered what they promised and even when something got broken they repaired it.

Overall very good experience

The sales staff was kind, but I did not get the doors I wanted and they were ridiculously more expensive than New Milford except I didn’t realize it at the time because nothing was communicated clearly.
