I would like to take this opportunity to recommend Diversified Roofing to anyone needing roof repairs or a roof replaced. We had a propanel metal roof that was leaking and in poor shape along the eaves. Ice dams had also created a path for water to enter beneath the metal roofing in places, which then caused damage to portions of the roof sheathing. We sought several estimates to repair and replace the roof with asphalt shingles as we were tired of the piles of snow sliding off the propanel blocking access to pathways around the perimeter of the house.
Wes Moyer and Alex Guiterrez of Diversified Roofing immediately impressed us with their thorough assessment of our roof including the areas that exhibited water damage. We received a detailed estimate of the cost to install the new roof as well as the likely cost of repairs once the metal roofing was completely removed and the extent of the sheathing damage was more evident. Wes communicated frequently and promptly during the process and was excellent in outlining the various considerations in repairing and replacing our roof. Alex’s crew were on-site for about three days and were extremely thorough in managing the debris that invariably occurs at a construction site. They were a courteous bunch of guys that worked diligently and quickly. They rebuilt two eaves that had originally been poorly constructed and were sagging from the ice and snow loads over the years. The finished roof looks great and will undoubtedly last for many years. We couldn’t be happier with the work done by Diversified Roofing and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a roofing contractor.
