Doing It Right installed a new roof on my house over nine years ago. I recently contacted them about a leak through my ceiling that had appeared. Ahmet came to my house and looked for the source of the leak, but didn't initially find it. He returned with his boss to look again and they found a nail that had rusted out, leaving a small hole where water was entering the attic and then leaking through the ceiling. They made a temporary repair to keep the water out. When the weather was more favorable, Ahmet and his crew returned and made a permanent repair which should prevent this problem from ever recurring. I'm very happy with how Doing It Right and Ahmet handled this issue.

We really appreciated that they were willing to work with us on timing and financing, and getting it done in the timeframe necessary, due to the unusual circumstances that we presented them with.

I recommended them to my parents, and they did the work for them.

The crew was great and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with all phases of the project. Recommend them for any roofing or siding projects you have! We went with the American Walnut siding and the Bourbon shingles and everyone loves the transformation.

6+ weeks and they are still trying to fix issues they should have addressed in the initial install. They continue to miss scheduled appointments and are terrible at returning messages.Communication broke down as soon as they cashed the check.

They lived up to their name ! I had my Roof and Gutters replaced. The Salesperson, the Project Manager, the Foreman and the Crew were very Professional and delivered quality work. Their Crew put in several full days of work from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM. This very hard and dangerous work because of the steep pitch of my roof. I would highly recommend them since they deliver quality work at a fair price.

They brag about their detailed contract, but the crew that did the work did not follow the contract. After the crew finished the work, the Doing It Right project manager had to come back and redo things to match the contract.

The sales package was excellent...very impressive, and I appreciated the transparency. I got four bids. They weren't the least expensive, but clearly best in terms of value delivered. The project manager followed through on everything promised and was pleasant to work with. My neighbor stated your work crew was the hardest workers she'd ever seen. Additional Comments - I am very pleased that I chose them for my roof as there have been a lot of roofs replaced in our neighborhood and the roofs replaced by "Doing it Right" stand out as they are done right. Some of the roofs completed by other contractors stand out because of poor installation...not mine!

From sales to finish, everything i wanted was was addressed and completed in the time frame of two days. Can't remember any other contractor doing what they said they would do, AND on time!!!!!! I would highly recommend this company to anyone!

Doing it Right did a great job on the roof. We really appreciated not having to pay until the job was complete and we are very happy with the great warranty!

Unfortunately, there was a fair amount of miscommunication from beginning to end of the project. 1. The salesman gave me one temperature requirement (above freezing), the scheduler gave me a different one (doesn't matter as long as not icy on roof). It created a loss of confidence2. The contract was thorough as to what should have happened. As I inspected, I found that I had to follow-up on a number of items including aesthetics and cleanup. Also, even when reminded that a vent needed to be snaked to the roof, it was not done until after the fact. The gutters were not cleqaned up either.3. Dripline that was quoted but not needed. I had to request a price reduction when I found out.

A very communicative process made working with everyone at Doing it Right simple and easy. Very professional organization from top to bottom, start to finish. Great crews as well. Very attentive to us and to detail. We could not have asked for a better job and end result. Great follow-up after to job was done regarding the warranties and to make sure we were happy. They were professional all they way through. There was no pressure tactics from the sales manager. They sat down with me and went over a fifteen page agreement and explained everything. They even came back when I had a couple of questions before I signed the contract. The price was not the most expensive or the least, but it was very fair. The work they did was outstanding! I was very pleased with it. They had an eight man crew and were in and out within five hours. There was no money upfront...that's the big thing. The next day when the Supervisor came, I asked to go up on the roof with him. We walked around and check the job. I was completely satisfied, and that is when I wrote them a check. I still have their sign in my yard. I did not know these people from Adam. I got them off Angie's List and I checked them out with Better Business Bureau. I am completely satisfied!

Highly recommend Doing It Right Roofing! Their customer service is outstanding and use Owens Corning products with a 50 year warranty.
