The Done Rite Roofing Inc roofing crew was very professional, friendly, and prompt.

I did recommend them to my neighbor.

The price and amount of materials had changed multiple times throughout the process and differed among different employees (foreman, project manager and office staff). We chose Done Rite Roofing because of their rates which were lower compared to competitors. The project was estimated a couple weeks out at first, and then we received a call a couple days later letting us know they would be here the next morning. The crew worked all hours of sunlight and into the evening to finish the job, they were here till about 8:45pm. Upon them leaving, I asked about how much wood was replaced. The employee shared the digital files with me and said about 30 8-foot boards which is equivalent to about 230ft were used. When I received the invoice we were charged 292 ft of 10 foot boards, per the office staff and project manager. After calling them out on this and asking them to show me the 292 ft that was replaced, they were unable to give me an answer and eventually just said 240 ft. We were also told we had 60% of the hurricane clips already installed and would be paying only for the third nail addition to be up to code with hurricane clips completely... therefore we agreed to add hurricane clips. We were later told that we ended up needing 85% replaced per the invoice.
We asked them to come back the next morning to clean the job site as we have dogs and children who regularly use the yard, as we found over 40 nails in the yard ourselves.
Not to mention we had an inspection shortly after and the inspector found boards with only two hurricane clips installed. Therefore, what we paid for was in fact not what we received.

To begin with I did get five quotes for the roof replacement. Anothy was very professional and did his measurement and then we sat down and discussed my needs and concerns, Anthony addressed my questions with solid answers and recommendations. He was kind enough to update the contract with a few items I requested. The office called the day before the install. The installers arrived at 8am and ready to work. During the install the poor guys got hit with rain that delayed the install. They tarped the roof when they saw rain approaching and I had no moisture intrusion. They removed my old gutters, and pool solar and discarded as requested. Shingle roof is gorgeous. The flat roof has a nice new iso board slant to it. No more standing water. I had 9 sheets of bad plywood replaced, bad facia, and soffit replaced. Each day of install the team picked up nails and trash. End of the project they picked up everything as if they were never there. Very please and would highly recommend to anyone.

They did a good job, and I have no complaints.

There were multiple issues with the installation, including crew driving on my grass and over sprinkler heads, AFTER I had put in flags to show the location of the sprinkler heads, leaving multiple nails in my driveway and front walkway likely resulting in a flat tire while my granddaughter was driving, a safety hazard (your Company did provide $100 towards a new tire, and had the crew come a 2nd time to pick up screws), and discarding my gutter guards without letting me know they would be removed, and asking whether I wanted them saved for me to reinstall. Depending on brand, gutter guards and labor to install can be expensive.

I was very pleased with the cooperation and help that I received in working with the owner. Because I reside out of state, he made a difficult situation a much easier process. I was not there daily to check on the job site each day, but when I arrived a day or so later after the job was completed, everything was cleaned up and in great condition. I would definitely recommend this company.

They roofed over rotted wood on 2 parts of my roof. Attached 2x4 to 2x8 rotted wood and Kayla in office called that sistering, which is wrong. Pete (estimation) and James (wood worker) were great. There seemed to be a disconnect between crew and planner. Facia work by roofers, not James, was terrible. Joint’s didn’t match up correctly on face and at bottom edge. Mentioned something to foreman and Pete, but it still looks terrible. I can see where they meet from street.

Done Right Roofing was very competitive and offered quality shingles for the price. I was satisfied with the cleanliness of the job.

Office is disorganized, they call me twice to collect payment when they had the card # on file to charge it. Then, after they did charge the card, I received another call to collect it again. Jeff, the salesman, was not familiar with all financing options and provided incorrect information about financing that I found out after the fact. I paid via WellsFargo home improvement credit card program. ALL of my options were not presented to me and I learned of another option for this credit card program after talking to the girl who called to collect the balance. So, a part of me is thankful for that call because, I then learned of a lower interest/terms options plan that I WAS NOT originally informed of.

It was a good job from start to finish, a very smooth experience.

I would recommend owners to be on site during the work and to document the materials used on site personally. I was shocked when the job was completed and I was invoiced for what I believed to be a large quantity of plywood and 2x4s- the contractor’s photographs of the job did not illustrate each of these items and the roof was installed making it difficult to verify the exact count of what was used. Also, there was a great deal of debris left on site and some debris that were dropped on our AHU caused damage to that system- again, owners need to take measures to protect their fixed systems because this vendor did not take any measures to protect them, nor would they cover the cost of the repairs that were necessary after the work was completed.

Done Rite Roofing is a great company. They did exactly what they said they were going to do and were very professional about it.

Overall, I am quite happy with the job done. I will say, when the building inspector came to inspect my roof, he said I needed vents. I would have thought the roofing company would have known that and from what I have heard, inspectors are different and some Mobile Homes don't require them. Regardless, they took care of the issue but it delayed me getting insurance.

Done Rite Roofing did an excellent job. It was very important to us that we use Owens Corning materials. They used all Owens Corning materials and did the job quickly, and kept the job site clean. It was one of the few times we didn't have to complain about something being broken or not cleaned up. They did a good job with that. It was done quickly, and any delay was outside their control. They stayed with us for months. There was no problem with the original estimate and the cost being maintained. There were no surprises as far as costs went. It is a beautiful roof. We are planning to do another roof and we are planning to use Done Rite Roofing and Owens Corning for that also.

The crew did a very poor job of replacing the facia. When they came back to fix the issues, they used caulk and putty to fill the gaps and the poor-quality joints.

Any costs were fully explained, and their estimate was very accurate, no surprises! The roofers arrived just as planned, and completed the job in a very professional way. When the job was done Done Rite Roofers arranged for a Wind Mitigation inspection as well. They could not have made this process any easier!
