No, in fact we advise people to not use them, and we will not use them again. As returning customers we were disappointed with the elongated timeline, lack of communication from the company (until they wanted final payment), constant errors with ordering doors, and the terrible workmanship (some of which I still need to fix). We definitely did not get what we paid for, but it's not worth the effort engaging with this company any longer.

We contracted with Dr. Roof to replace the siding on our house with Hardy Plank. Being new to this area we were unsure who to hire. Thankfully we discovered Dr. Roof.

Over the years I have learned what to value in a construction company. Anticipating high quality work is a given. Beyond that I expect the company to clearly describe what they will do, when they will do it, how much they will charge, then accomplish all of the above. Our experience has been that Dr. Roof delivers on all of these. We felt we were dealing with professionals all the way thru our project, and are exceedingly happy with the end result. Dave

The employees at Dr. Roof were all organized and communicated well. I always knew the project status. The installation crew was incredibly hard working. They worked late into the evening on the last day to finish up before the snow we got that night. I had asked that a roof vent be relocated, and worried that this task might get overlooked, but it was done perfectly. Excellent work for a fair price - I would highly recommend Dr. Roof.

Dr. Roof took on a complicated roof replace on a large building owned by a not-for-profit organization. They were great to work with. The crew was friendly and respecting of our public spaces. They performed the work in a timely manner and kept us informed of any issues along the way. We particularly thank the corporate office for working with us on billings as we were awarded public funds in addition to our own funds. It is so nice to have a non-leaking roof over our heads!

Additional Comments - Overall, the parish at Saint Mary’s McGowan is most thankful for the excellent workmanship and professionalism demonstrated by the staff of Dr. Roof.

Once everything initially was scheduled they were ready to start ahead of schedule but I had to delay due to my own timeline but once started they got the work done quickly. They put a new roof on the house and the garage in only a couple days. My house is very old but they installed new vents for the attic so the attic could properly breathe. There were multiple stages and the last one was new gutters. They are still working to correct a couple issues but they are quickly coming out to correct.

The job was great The warranty so far have not received it to give to the new owner,have called twice,that was a big factor in having DR Roof do the job calling again today!
