I was not happy with the scheduling. Delay was not communicated if I didn't call, I would have not known that the installation can't be done on the appointment day.
The installation crew was not thorough in cleaning up after the installation. I found several nails on my backyard and some roofing materials on my front yard.

My job was more that just a roof. Had structural damage from trees falling on roof. They are a roofing company first. They have a crew that does the other things. Had some problems but they were able to correct them. Michael made sure that all was taken care of and that I was satisfied.

The roofing material and construction of the roof was awesome.

Good product for a reasonable price but installation was a bit of a disappointment. I understand it is a messy job but the effort to clean it up was poor. Tarps nicely laid out everywhere but they let the contents spill into our flower beds when they picked them up - big fail and pretty sloppy. We asked to use the magnet to sweep up the nails as they were clearly exhausted and we are the ones that will end up stepping on them - were assured they would take care of it - but they didn't. We asked them to come back in daylight to inspect the roof and clean up as they promised - a guy came by a day or so later, blew off the driveway (which was fine already) and left - not helpful. We ended up borrowing our neighbor's magnet when it was clear we were on our own. They did and said all the right things but the execution was lacking. In the end the roof looks great. We got some exercise cleaning up the plastic wrap, shingle pieces and nails mess everywhere. The main contacts were nice. Hopefully the roof stands the test of time.
