The Dragon Scale team was diligent, professional, and responsive at every step of the process. Their installation crew arrived on time and did a superb job. Their business office also successfully fought our home insurance to have an additional $11,350 reimbursed over the initial estimate!

Overall pleased with the roof. Not completely satisfied with the crew that installed the roof, had to come back and install more shingles etc.

Working with Dragon Scale Roofing was a fantastic experience. Rob was instrumental in getting the insurance company to review the need for replacement of the roof as a result of hail damage. The initial insurance proposal was to replace a few shingles. Rob brought it back to the insurance company and they brought in a different assessor that resulted in the insurance company approving replacement of the entire roof.
