They were very efficient.

They were not honest. I signed the contract, because they agreed to fix the leak on the canopy by the main door. They agreed to fix that area when I signed to install the roof and gutter. When the guy came for the gutter, he said I'm going to have to pay extra. First he said, it would cost one thousand five hundred, and after making the phone call, he says it's going to cost three thousand dollars. In the contract, it says they're going to fix the leak on the main door, but when the guy came for the gutter, he refused to fix it. They left me without fixing the canopy. Before the installation, they gave me two option. The first was ugly, so I rejected that first option, and I asked for another option, or a different way to fix it, but they tried to run away and avoid the extra job. I'm not a professional, and I don't have the tool to fix the canopy. For some reason, the supervisor tried to avoid the job. But, I let it go because I don't have time to waste going after them. I am not satisfied at all. Don't get me wrong, the work they did was good, but they're not honest.

During the installation process, there was undisclosed damage to my radon vent and a significant amount of leftover material, such as nails, in the yard and surrounding area.

They are definitely not perfect.

They did a very timely and efficient installation. The workmanship was excellent.

The shingles they took off the roof were thicker than what they replaced them with. They showed us samples that looked three times thicker than the ones we had.

I had a disappointing experience with Dream Home roofing. They quoted me a price that included all flashing replacement, but when the work was completed, they didn’t replace all the flashing, offering a reasonable explanation. When I asked for a price adjustment since the work wasn’t fully completed, they stopped responding altogether. It's frustrating to deal with a company that doesn’t stand behind its commitments. I wouldn’t recommend them based on this experience.

the sales team were excellent Use of drone and video of interior were very effective. Very quick scheduling and right on target through out. Just a minor delay in picking up palette of left over shingles etc left in driveway for a few days following installation., Not really a problem Every thing else went without a hitch. I am very pleased with how quick it was. I was some what confused with the loan and payment procedure., tt was not clear to me that a loan was involved as I intended to pay it off in full upon completion' All worked out now so no proiblem.

Great job never finished 2ed story roof

We were promised from the guy Josepeh to come back to gdo a walk through once teh job was completed. After we sighend teh agreement to get the roofing done we never heard fromn him again nor does he return out phone calls.

It is a little bit pricey, but they are good.

In comparison to other roofing work that has been done in my neighborhood, I just wasn't satisfied with the way my roof looked after it was finished. It is better than it was before, but there were some imperfections that I saw and didn't like.

They lied to us. The installers are not qualified, and they cut corners. I have been in construction for 40 years, and I am aware that they cut corners.

Used subcontractors that they had no supervision over. Roof was left with nail pops and support brackets were left attached under the shingles. The gutters were attached at an angle and didn't slope correctly. Im left with holes in my facia. After the 6th attempt the gutters were installed. Definitely wouldn't do a pullup on them like the sales pitch said I could.

The entire staff was beyond helpful from beginning to the end of the project. We have spread the word to anyone who asks us about our experience with Dream Home. Great Job and Thank you so much.

A very efficient company, skilled workers, very professional, and I am highly pleased with the job that was done.

I was happy with the work they did, and one worker helped me clip some tree branches that were hanging over my shed roof.

The price was high compared to other roofers. I hoped that the quality and warranty made it worthwhile. Unfortunately there were leaks which were fixed(?) and then more leaks. Hopefully, they are fixed it this time.
The leaks caused water marks on the ceiling. A painter came out a few times to completely repaint what was needed. The painter did an excellent job!
