Dream Home damaged my roof and didn't repair the damage

No way would I send any business your way, I don’t hate anyone I know that much. Your company and work was a nightmare that I am still working to fix or pay off the bills for!

The sales representative provided video of the defects in my roof and handled contacts with my insurance representative. The installers did an excellent job with the installation except of one shingle I noticed later on.

DreamHome is my contractor of choice for my last 3 homes. They were accommodating for my recent home purchase - I required a roof inspection. Nish helped me meet the quick timeline so that we could pass the inspection. The inspector was shocked that the DH was able to accomplish all the Roofs and Soffits in the time allotted. DH sent an Army of professionals who coordinated with each other and third-party trades to get the job done.

My experience with DreamHome Remodeling has been pleasant. They have done various jobs for me. Each time I have been satisfied.

DreamHome showed up unannounced, and I was out of the country. I had told them to tell me when they would come out, and they never got in touch with me. They called when I was overseas, and they called to tell me to let them in, and I told them they didn't call to schedule. They came and fixed the roof. However, they showed up unannounced, and I was out of the country. They eventually rescheduled, but it was fine. The salesperson did not have a clear sense of their price matching policies.

The initial sales info was good, and the people were responsive. However, the crew could not communicate in English. The foreman needed to be around to translate.

Planning was organized and timely scheduling. Easy to work with and helped with insurance claim from soup to nuts.

Dream Home Remodeling ROCKS! We had an issue with the bottom rows of our siding that Dream Home had installed back in 2008. Tony in the office was so helpful and responsive. He sent Perez out to take a look and BOOM: Perez and his hard-working team came back to do an extensive full-day repair around the whole house. And even better, parts and labor were COVERED BY THE WARRANTY. You won't go wrong if you trust Dream Home Remodeling with your home improvement projects. Be sure to ask for Tony and Perez!!

The actual crew that did the roof replacement was fine. They did a professional job at a reasonable speed and left the job site clean. The problem with DreamHomes is that their office administration is terrible. No one seems to be in charge. Can't get emails answered. They rarely do what they say they'll do when they say they'll do it. Once they got their money, it was like pulling hen's teeth to get the warranty paperwork from Owens Corning, which is DreamHomes' responsibility. It was almost five months after completion before I got the paperwork. It's like they don't understand that there is competition in this market.

Most companies consider the job completed once paid-in-full. Dream Home invests time beyond contract completion to ensure that the customer's project goals and objectives have been met, that the quality of project materials and crew workmanship is exemplary, and that the customer is happy and completely satisfied with their new roof .

Everything went as planned and scheduled. Nothing really happened. It was normal work.
