We had a total kitchen remodel. DreamMaker did an excellent job from start to finish. We’re very happy with our new kitchen.

We had our kitchen sink and disposal replaced. This required cutting of the current countertop. J.D. Norris came and made the measurements and then provided product suggestions. The product selection was very easy. Scheduling the project was also very easy. We made a last minute request regarding power to the disposal, and J.D. was able to accomodate this request. On the day of the job, we were impressed with how very well organized the whole process was. J.D. and the plumber thoroughly tested everything before leaving, and they left the kitchen perfectly clean. We are very happy with the outcome, and we would definitely consider working with this same team for future renovations.

The experience was very positive. We were replacing an undermounted sink and faucet within a Corian countertop. DreamMaker was able to aid us in selecting a top mount sink that would enable us to keep our countertop. They were able to cut the Corian and replace the sink. All work was done carefully, installation went smoothly, cleanup was done well, and work was completed in less than a day.

In the Spring of 2024 we were searching for a company to redo our one and only (so extra important!) small bathroom in a house built in 1939. We had three local companies in to give estimates and none of them worked out (nor seemed keen on working it, to be honest, given how challenging it was to redo). Then we coincidentally drove past DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen office in Madison and decided to wander in. They met with us spontaneously then and asked all sorts of great questions and were friendly and hospitable. We worked *together* with Michal, Sarah and Kelly in a series of meetings to create a detailed plan, signed the contract, and then waited for the project to start. It turns out that even small bathrooms require a lot of work and indeed I’d say more as all your choices are very obvious. In the end, with professional input via their team of builders (including Mack the project management lead, Dustin the demo/construction lead, Matt and the tile team, Derek and the plumbing team, and the electical team), our bathroom was completed and we’re thrilled with the outcome. Very happy to recommend DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen as they are professional, have many great design insights, are committed to resolving any problems that emerge along the way (there are always surprises in old houses), and they communicate well with their clients.

I would be very likely to recommend DreamMaker Bath and Kitchen for several reasons: I found that it was extremely easy to communicate with Jack Stewart, the owner, what my vision for the new project was. Once I began to zero in on what I wanted, he gave me vendors and products to look at so that I could begin to put my ideas together. He was patient with me as I definitely had my own ideas and he helped find what I was looking for.
The job itself was scheduled so that all of the work was done when all of the materials were in and ready to go so it was finished completely within a week and my punch list was taken care of the very next week! The work is well done and finished neatly and properly.
I am thrilled with the finished bathroom vanity and it is just as I wanted it to be! My vision/ideas became the reality.

The entire process was excellent, starting with the initial consultation and aspects of the job to the quoting. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing kitchen or bath remodeling.

DreamMaker fit our needs very well. After a few years contemplating how to modify our dated and restrictive kitchen, someone suggested we try this company. It was perfect for us because it provided everything in one place; the advisors, the products, the showroom, the samples, the sub-contractors and coordination by their General Contractor. Rather than putting good money toward minor modifications that would still not create the desired outcome, DreamMaker had a vision on how to make our space more efficient and accessible. We ended up doing a full remodel and think it turned out great.

Our remodel of guest space into a kitchen was complicated but DreamMakers Bath and Kitchen helped us work through some of the unexpected renovation challenges turning the space into a guest suite we love and our proud of.

There was so very big highs and lows in the entire project. Explanations below.

We hired Dreammakers to remodel our master bathroom after they had previously remodeled 3 of our other bathrooms and the kitchen. A job performance that was unequaled in any remodeling experience that I had ever been part of. They are professional in every manner. Their responsiveness and attention to our wants and desires were unsurpassed. I love how they provide a one stop shop with contacts in the tile, hardware and flooring departments. And we trusted them alone in our house treating our property as if it were they own. I would highly recommend Dreammakers for any housing remodel job

I am an 84 year old disabled veteran and needed a fold down chair in my shower. Dream Makers had done a renovation on my shower several years ago so it was only natural to have them do this job. They did this in a very timely manner and were very professional.

It started off great with our designer who really helped us make choices and design the project. We are very happy with the design we came up with. I would say overall the quality of the work was good, but there were sooo many issues.

Mostly importantly, our house is actually uninhabitable right now. The wooden doors and trim (or something) are off-gassing VOCs at a high rate and have been for over 4 months now since the project has been completed. So we are not actually living in this house we paid to renovate. My wife has chronic illness and this was made clear to them beforehand; and we even asked about the VOC for the floor glue (which supposedly is 0 VOC), but somehow no one thought to bring up the crazy high VOC stain for the doors/trim. This has caused an immense amount of stress and additional expense for us.

- We signed because we loved the designer we worked with (Olivia) and so we had confidence someone would be there to advocate for us and make the project a success. We found out a couple weeks in advance of work starting that she was no longer at the company
- Our replacement point of contact (Scott) was only with the project for 2 weeks before he also left Dreammaker; so communication was a mess
- We ultimately felt like we were on the hook for catching every little issue vs. them doing any quality checks on their own
- We explicitly asked about dust and they said we were OK to leave things in the side rooms that weren't being worked on, including my office. However, my office got ridiculously dust bombed and I had to spend a day cleaning it
- We had to ask about the weight limit for our floating shelves in our kitchen - apparently they would have only supported 4 plates! (these were large shelves). I mean - how does that happen - I thought these folks worked in Kitchens? They are fixing it to make them more robust at least
- Various things are falling apart now; all of which they are fixing under warranty but shouldn't have been an issue in the first place

As mentioned, quality of the work itself was fine but just everything else has been so frustrating that I can't overlook it anymore.

We had such great results that we did not want to talk to anyone else about the master bathroom. I wouldn't want to use anyone else; they were so professional.

Yes, I would recommend DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen to others. Went thru a very defined process from concept, design, implementation, to project completion. JD Norris listened to our initial vision, came up with a design concept after visits to the Showroom, helped us make tough decisions due to cost constraints and working within a budget with a lot of give and takes until we reached a suitable design that met our overall expectations. When project went into production, main contact was the Lead Carpenter (Sergey) which was a skilled craftsman that I communicated daily during the implementation. He listened to our needs, helped expain the production process, and answered our questions. Craftsmanship was at a very high level with the end result exceeding our expectations. Job site was kept clean and orderly throughout the project with dust control measures put in place. At the project completion, the site was meticulous inside the house, outside driveway, and inside the garage where they stored their materials. Never would have known a remodel had taken place! No debris was left behind. Great job to the DreamMaker Team! Kudos to the entire Team we dealt with throughout the project! Everybody workded as a cohesive Team to accomplish the remodel project! Glen is easy to work with. We explained what we were interested in accomplishing and let him worry about the how to do it. It also helps to control the costs if you nail down all of the requirements before signing a contract which we did.
