Site Security - Since I would be in and out of the house, and the workers would be upstairs where they might not know when someone could walk into my front door, I was concerned about the house being left open/unlocked. The project manager placed an automatic deadbolt on my front door (temporarily) so that door could remain locked all of the time. When the project was finished, that temporary deadbolt was removed and my regular deadbolt re-installed. Good solution for someone concerned about security.

I attended several of the webinars presented and was impressed with the organization, values, etc. Although that was several years before I actually decided to "bite the bullet" and do something, I remembered my impression of Dream Makers. After doing some reviewing possibilities online, including Dream Makers, I went with my first choice, and made an appointment for a "free tour" and drove to Swainsboro to check it out.

The free consultation gives the potential client enough knowledge to make some decisions about the proposed project, including expectations regarding the work to be done and the length of time needed for completion, along with some possibilities to consider when dealing with details. The potential client leaves the consultation with enough information to recognize that Dream Makers in Swainsboro GA is a high quality company.

I selected them because I had spent many years in limbo on how to make the space work for me, they provided that answer.

We had our kitchen sink and disposal replaced. This required cutting of the current countertop. J.D. Norris came and made the measurements and then provided product suggestions. The product selection was very easy. Scheduling the project was also very easy. We made a last minute request regarding power to the disposal, and J.D. was able to accomodate this request. On the day of the job, we were impressed with how very well organized the whole process was. J.D. and the plumber thoroughly tested everything before leaving, and they left the kitchen perfectly clean. We are very happy with the outcome, and we would definitely consider working with this same team for future renovations.

The experience was very positive. We were replacing an undermounted sink and faucet within a Corian countertop. DreamMaker was able to aid us in selecting a top mount sink that would enable us to keep our countertop. They were able to cut the Corian and replace the sink. All work was done carefully, installation went smoothly, cleanup was done well, and work was completed in less than a day.

Lead Source - We were very satisfied previous clients! DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen of East Georgia remodeled our primary bathroom in 2023.

In the Spring of 2024 we were searching for a company to redo our one and only (so extra important!) small bathroom in a house built in 1939. We had three local companies in to give estimates and none of them worked out (nor seemed keen on working it, to be honest, given how challenging it was to redo). Then we coincidentally drove past DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen office in Madison and decided to wander in. They met with us spontaneously then and asked all sorts of great questions and were friendly and hospitable. We worked *together* with Michal, Sarah and Kelly in a series of meetings to create a detailed plan, signed the contract, and then waited for the project to start. It turns out that even small bathrooms require a lot of work and indeed I’d say more as all your choices are very obvious. In the end, with professional input via their team of builders (including Mack the project management lead, Dustin the demo/construction lead, Matt and the tile team, Derek and the plumbing team, and the electical team), our bathroom was completed and we’re thrilled with the outcome. Very happy to recommend DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen as they are professional, have many great design insights, are committed to resolving any problems that emerge along the way (there are always surprises in old houses), and they communicate well with their clients.

I would be very likely to recommend DreamMaker Bath and Kitchen for several reasons: I found that it was extremely easy to communicate with Jack Stewart, the owner, what my vision for the new project was. Once I began to zero in on what I wanted, he gave me vendors and products to look at so that I could begin to put my ideas together. He was patient with me as I definitely had my own ideas and he helped find what I was looking for.
The job itself was scheduled so that all of the work was done when all of the materials were in and ready to go so it was finished completely within a week and my punch list was taken care of the very next week! The work is well done and finished neatly and properly.
I am thrilled with the finished bathroom vanity and it is just as I wanted it to be! My vision/ideas became the reality.

On a scale of one to ten, I would give Glen and whoever he used to help an ELEVEN. Not cheap but worth it.
