With Lisa’s insights and expert design talents she not only addressed all our needs, but also made suggestions that eliminated undesirable aspects we had not considered, as well as ones that improved our overall concepts. Michael was diligent to making sure all details of construction, plumbing, and electrical were completed correctly. Patty, in the office, cheerfully connected communications with 100% efficiency. It came to light the lengths the owner (Michael Pinkerton) will go to suppress honest reviews & avoid accountability. He even tried to add removal of reviews as part of his settlement with me. A reputable company doesn’t have to do this. Reputable companies are too busy conducting the work they contracted to do.
I signed a contract and paid over fifteen grand upfront. 7 months later, I received no materials, no scheduling, and no start date. They refused to supply me with receipts or information on when the actual construction would start. What they did do is play the victim, threaten trespassing charges, and sue me for breach of contract because I no longer want to work with them. It later came to light that they had bought and received all materials to do construction within 2 months of the signed contract. They padded costs claiming over 80 hours of design work.

Although DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen was expensive, the quality of the design and workmanship met our expectations, the work was completed on time, and the staff was flexible, patient and easy to work with.

Start to finish this was a pleasant experience. While it is stressful to have your home disrupted, Dreamakers made every effort to be considerate of my schedule and requests. They stuck to our agreed upon timeframe and finished the job on time. Even with a few glitches, all the work is beautiful and exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this company.

Staff members Chris, Julie, and Steve were great to work with.First estimate that led to our putting deposits down were ~ 2/3rds low, so we had to decide what not to do and that ended up being a lot.Somewhat of a compromise was struck to finish a third of the work.

Michael, Deb, and Danny know their stuff! They are very good at what they do! We knew we had to do something with the bathroom in our basement that we called the Titanic! It was a total disaster! Our house is forty years old and has lived through a lot! We had no idea where to start and how we could manage with trying to work with a big box building supply store and subcontractors, or even how to find a company that could do it all! We had been putting off doing anything until we saw Michael in his DreamMaker Suburban driving on the street one day! It was a blessing that just drove up next to us at a traffic light!

This is the second time we have used DreamMaker Bath and Kitchen. We are very pleased with the outcome of our kitchen. The work was completed sooner than planned, which in our book was great. Our lead carpenter, Matt, did an awesome job.

You couldn't work with a better group of people! LOVE the finished product. Only reason I rated a 3 on item 12 was the dust from the popcorn ceiling removal did seep through and required special leather cleaning of major furniture pieces, etc and the counter installers left a film of dust in the garage that made my car have to go to the car wash before I could see out the windows. Fair value? Well, I could have done the remodeling cheaper but I don't think I would have been as pleased with the final project and I would have been living with more stress during its completion. This was a well handled project, totally professional and wonderfully personalized.

We are very happy that we chose Dream Maker for our bathroom renovation. Mark and Deb designed a bathroom that exceeded our expectations, and I had some pretty definite ideas of how I wanted it to look. They made it happen! We did encounter some problems with the shower walls (crooked tiles, bulges) which Dream Maker corrected without hesitation by re-doing the entire shower. This is an example of exceptional pride of workmanship and customer service on Dream Maker's part. I suspect other companies might have tried to "patch things up" without putting in the time and effort to really do it right. DreamMakers remodeled our kitchen over a year ago and we love, love, love it. So we went back to them when we decided to update the guest and half bathrooms – changing out cabinets, mirrors, and lights – not a major overhaul.Both bathrooms are now done – we’re waiting on just one specialized piece. The rooms look great but the change in the guest bath is amazing. The guest bath was dark and windowless, but the combination of lighting, paint, countertop and cabinet makes it always looks so bright and clean even with two teenage boys using it!
