I really liked that the team was careful with time. I like the philosophy of keeping the number of workers in the house to a minimum (unless you were trying to get a job done very quickly) and the general respect of how a major remodel is disruptive no matter what. I thought that Bill did an excellent job! He has a great eye for detail and between him and the entire team I think they caught nearly any little thing that if it hadn't been noticed, would have driven us batty at a later date. Eric and David are both awesome to work with and, again, the attention to detail was and is very much appreciated. I think you have a great business model and do an absolutely terrific job. Hopefully, we'll be able to do something with the kitchen next year or the year after.

Schedule - DreamMaker gave us a time range of when they would start our project. They started at the beginning of the expected time range and completed the work as planned.

Problem Resolution - We had one small issue with the cover cap of a horizontal grab bar in the shower coming off. Eric came and installed the cover cap with no issue. He assured us that all we have to do is call if any problem were to arise in the future.

The value of having DreamMaker take care of your remodel is that they take care of all aspects of the job "in-house". I love that they order & receive the products needed for a particular job prior to starting that job.

Value - Yes, I do agree that for the quality of work, materials, and the overall peace of mind to have this level of professionalism involved in a kitchen remodel, the value was very fair.

Post-job Clean Up

Post-job Clean Up - Post-job clean up was outstanding. When they cleaned up on the last day, a terrible thunderstorm was brewing, and still they remained until all was clean and tidy. You could not tell there had been there after they packed up on the last day.

Easier Than Expected

Easier Than Expected - It was in fact much easier than I expected. First, I had heard over the years about how difficult kitchen renovations could be. I was really afraid it would be such a hassle to have no working sink, stove, refrigerator, etc. I was also worried that my anxious dog would be stressed out by the noise and commotion. Well, DreamMaker made all of these concerns disappear!. First, in the quickest fashion possible, they temporarily re-installed the old sink and countertops, while the new countertops were being made, and I had a functional kitchen for most of the process. Only for a couple of days did we have to make other arrangements for cooking, etc. As compensation, DreamMaker provided us with a gift card to several local restaurants so that we could enjoy a meal out if we needed to. What a nice gesture! It was appreciated, but with their attention to seeing that we had as little time as possible without a functioning kitchen, we barely had any difficulty adjusting. As for understanding how to work with homeowners who have pets, DreamMaker was always careful and mindful of not being extraordinarily loud and disruptive. They would let me know if they needed to have the door open for work for an extended period so that I could be sure and secure my dog and cats.

Recognized Excellence

Recognized Excellence - Practically everyone did an outstanding job. Our lead carpenter, Sheldon, was simply amazing. His assistant, B.J., was very personable and worked well with Sheldon. Mr. David Anderson was very responsive and helpful in the early stages of design, and Mr. Eric Anderson was equally responsive and helpful. I felt that at all times I was informed of every aspect of the job, and I felt that my job was important to them.

Additional Comments - We are so happy to have followed through with our long time plans to renovate our kitchen. We have been nothing but pleased to have called DreamMaker and plan to do some future remodeling of our bathrooms.
