We used DreamMaker Bath and Kitchen of Ogden for our Kitchen and recently for two bathrooms. They are great at scheduling when we need them and complete the job. We love our new bathrooms.

When we first began the process of evaluating a master bathroom remodel, we had a number of fears that kept us up at night. We'd seen plenty of friends and neighbors get burned during home remodel projects, and had a number of bad experiences with smaller projects ourselves. Our biggest concern by far was avoiding the contractors who talked a good talk and provided an attractive initial estimate, which balloons significantly due to all the "unknowns" after they've done all the demolition. Second, we really didn't want to compromise on quality - we were looking for an exceptional end result, instead of one that looks ok at first glance but you start seeing all the corner-cutting the closer you look. Third, we were looking for reliability - we were expecting a new child and simply could not afford for a project to extend beyond the initial timeline.

DreamMaker literally knocked it out of the park from day one. Even during the initial consultation where we walked them through our general thoughts and ideas, they completely blew away the competition. They pointed out key structural items we needed to take into consideration, including identifying almost a dozen pitfalls and challenges that no other company even mentioned.

That level of quality and thoroughness lasted throughout the entire project. Our end result was the master bathroom remodel of our dreams made into a reality with no compromise on quality and done exactly on time and to the specifications discussed.

We have so many good things to say about DreamMaker Bath and Kitchen Ogden, but the things that really stand out for us is their communication and ethics. One of the first things they said to us when we called them was: Can you wait for 8 months before we start? They were that busy. We highly recommend DreamMaker Bath and Kitchen of Ogden. They have at least two superstars working at this location; Li and Dustin. Both are experts in what they do. Li is a great designer that worked with us to make sure we got exactly what we wanted even though we didn't know what we wanted some times. Dustin is the head carpenter and truly took care our our every wish with this remodel. Customer service is number one here.

We had our kitchen and adjoined dining area remodeled with DreamMaker. The only part of the project which was delayed was the counter installation, which was not under DreamMaker's control. Li was our designer and very easy to work with. Kevin was our lead carpenter and did a great job of communicating and directing the project. They both worked with us to create a custom design for an unusual closet space, and they were also very responsive when I reached out with questions. They were also very good about keeping things on budget, despite fluctuating material costs. We plan to go through DreamMaker again when we tackle other projects in our home.

Value - You get what you pay for. DreamMaker was fairly priced in comparison to other contractors. The one thing we really loved is having a project manager like Kevin keeping track of the projects. That alone was worth the price.

The color/style of the main bathroom had to be changed during the project. We did not catch the wrong color when we signed. But Elizabeth was able to get this changed in a timely manner with the vendor and we were not penalized. Another thing that we had mentioned early on, but we failed to get into the signed project, was a built-in footrest in the shower. We decided not to worry about this after the Piedrafina was already installed because we didn't want to delay the project at that point.

They do excellent work, but be prepared to pay top dollar for that work. You will also not receive an itemized bid with the work breakdown structure.

They take care of everything. From plumbing to electrical, building walls to putting handles on the cabinets. They are reliable and will make sure everything is done to your satisfaction. Great people to work with.

The painter broke into a locked room and was fired. I was very pleased with how DreamMaker handled the situation. The person who laid the floor laid the planks the wrong direction. DreamMakers worked with him and made sure the floor was right. The trim didn't match the existing trim so DreamMakers made it match. In the end I love my new kitchen. Even with all the things that went wrong with the kitchen, I still wanted to go back to DreamMakers when it came time to remodel a bathroom. Everything went smoothly with the bathroom. The few issues were handles quickly and to my satisfaction. I love the new bathroom. Everything turned out perfect!

(Our project began as a flood restoration project). Selections Process - I really appreciated how many options I was given. I also appreciate how eager they were to make sure I was getting what I would really want. I changed my mind on my bathtub during the project and Nate came to our home with books for me to choose from. I explained my wishes to him and he helped me identify the bathtub I would be happiest with. I know I inconvenienced him and the project by making this change, but no one ever made me feel silly about that change, and I love my bathtub!

Original Design

Original Design - Even beyond my needs, my wildest dreams were met! I had a small picture of a luxurious hotel and tried to describe it and explain it to Nate and Kevin. The finished project is lovelier and much more comfortable than I had ever expected it to be. They adjusted the electrical units to allow an under the sink pullout curling iron drawer and several more units in discreet locations to accommodate all the electrical needs in my bathroom. My husband would come home from work in the evening and occasionally have a few questions or requests. He would call Kevin (even after hours) and they would talk through the changes.They would always make the adjustments to meet his requests (ie. raising the shower head to accommodate his height, or lifting the box the bathtub would rest on, or moving the line of the tile in a few inches, etc).

Dust & Dirt Control - I was frankly shocked that I had no clean up during the project. They worked while our family was continuing to function in the home.

Construction Quality

Construction Quality - My tile is like a work of art! Greg is a gifted craftsman and I appreciated his attention to detail.

Schedule - Although we ended up longer than the original schedule, it was I who inconvenienced them by changing my bathtub mid-project. It ended up pushing back the order and changing the sub-contractor schedules. As I mentioned earlier, they never made me feel like I was an imposition, but they did explain that the original time estimate would need to be adjusted. Our adjusted timeline was met.
