Both Amy and Lynn were my closest contacts and I can’t say enough about them. Dreammaker did a great job from start to finish. They help you through the design which is incredibly beneficial. You likely pay a slightly higher premium than a more traditional solo general contractor but, they take a lot of stress away by organizing the whole project. I would recommend them to my friends who want the job done clean, correctly and in a very time efficient manor.

Took double the projected time to finish the work. Most of the reworks are due to lack of coordination with sub-contractors and quality of finish work. 6 drawer cabinet fronts and 5 cabinet doors needed to be replaced due to incorrect hardware were mounted. Walls were painted before the wall textures were done. Gap fillers were not complete. Under cabinets were not finished. Electricals were not done correct. All these problems took extra time and even now few finishing wood pieces are still missing. We got so tired of delay, delay, and more delay and we decided to live with what we got to the point. Also the change change order fees were randomly applied, meaning they don't know how to charge work change order. Luckily I've done few remodels in the past and I ordered them to rework the charges.
Also the designer who measured the space missed many measurement and the carpenters who installed had very difficulty to fit everything properly. If a customer need to micromanage their work I can not recommend them unless you are willing to keep an eye on their work.

We are thrilled with the outcome of our renovation and will recommend Dreammakers to friends. Our only caveats to friends will be that dreammakers is on the expensive end and that some small details of the plan may get lost between the design and the implementation. Even so, we’d still choose dreammakers again if we had it to do over.

We loved the entire process from their first visit to our home to our visits to their shop. We loved seeing the samples of materials to help us visualize what our design would look like. We love our bathroom! We would highly recommend them.

Overall a good experience from design to final walkthrough. We were hesitant to do a large project by ourselves and DreamMaker helped us build a beautiful master bathroom. It was definitely more expensive than w the owner-built approach, but in the end it was worth it. We had no major problems and the project was completed ahead of schedule!

It was an incredible sight. This project took a lot longer than expected however we also understood the timing were not in their favor regarding the pandemic COVID19.

We had DreamMaker do a major remodel to our master bathroom and closet, basically gutting everything down to studs and subfloor, and installing new sinks, countertops, cabinetry, bath, shower, flooring, lighting, electrical, and plumbing. Their expert design services were key in helping us achieve the 5-star bathroom we wanted. They employed high-quality materials and workmanship with an exceptional eye for detail. Their entire team was very collaborative with us and each other to ensure our satisfaction throughout the project, and they were diligent right to the very end. I was overwhelmed with the prospect of a total master bath remodel. Our fifty year old bathroom had served us well, but was starting to fall apart. I’d been kicking the can for several years because I was dreading the project. I had no idea where to begin, and had heard so many horror stories about remodeling that I didn’t know who I could trust. I saw a recommendation for DreamMaker on social media and checked them out. Their website was very informative, and made me feel like it might be just what I was looking for. My initial meeting with the sales/design team went well. They answered all of my questions and gave me the courage to finally move forward with the project.
