I very much appreciated the quality control that was conducted by the owner. On several occasions, during his routine inspections, he had minor work redone (a couple of tiles replaced, etc.). The company's attention to detail was great. I had a friend who had a bathroom, and later a kitchen, remodel. She used two different companies, and neither was close to the quality control and attention to detail of Dream Maker.

Kind people work here, Jason & Matt are quality tradesmen, but the business is over priced as reflected in the lack of planning, process, paperwork, effective communication, and inability to ever complete a milestone. Be aware all milestone payments are due at the START of the work but does not mean they every COMPLETE any of the milestones paid for. Fred - finish the work already. I no longer believe anyone on the team know when the work will be completed.

The process is thorough and planning is well done ahead of time and the work so far has been extraordinary.

I LOVE my new bathroom. The color on the walls was a given, since that's the paint color i have in my bedroom, but all the tile, fixtures and cabinetry go together better than i could have imagined. it's a very soothing retreat.And of course, the workmanship is outstanding. Your entire company is so service-oriented and responsive and i never worried that the job would not be done right.It's nice to work with a small, family run company.

I chose DreamMaker because of the kind owners and managers who genuinely care about their customers. In particular the person in charge of my project has made sure that everything was done correctly and to his satisfaction in the end.

I am mostly satisfied with the final product- our master bathroom remodel. The main reason I would not recommend Dream Maker is ineffective project management and communication. We were told 5 weeks. The project took 10 weeks, plus another 4 to resolve an issue with the design of the shower. I would expect the project to take a week or two longer than projected due to holidays and 1 day of work we added. But double what was projected is not acceptable. Through the delay and later the troubleshooting of the shower design, communication was disappointing and frustrating. Felt like we were not getting a straight answer.

Additional Comments - All the workers have had a great attitude, were pleasant and easy to work with. Every consideration was made for our comfort and convenience during the project work. They were neat, clean and considerate of the fact that we were living close to the project site, and made every effort to accommodate our needs.

Workers were friendly but they were asked to do different types of work that they did not have adequate expertise.

The project management for Dreammaker did not turnout to meet expectations. The actual team performing the work were excellent. They were knowledgeable and dedicated. They considered modifications requested and explained all aspects of the project. My wife who selected them felt that the project leadership and oversight did not meet expectations due to the PM appearing to be over burdened with to many projects. A good example is it took almost the entire length of the project to get a final cost quote of the proposed expenses. Unfortunately she was disappointed with this treatment for the amount of money we spent and indicated she would not consider them for future projects. Having said that, we both give their contracting team five stars.

Fred Chapman is very skilled at design and materials, and is consistently friendly and responsive. He genuinely cares about his clients and is honest and reliable. I really enjoyed working with him and his crew and highly recommend DreamMaker to others looking to remodel a bathroom or kitchen.

Additional Comments - I've enjoyed working with them very much. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I used an interior design assistant on my own. She had to work with them as well and for the most part it was pretty good. There were a couple of glitches but I think that's what happens when you bring in a third party. Also, I like the Christian values a lot. That means a lot to me.
