Then Wayne came in for the tear out and framing and after his first day, leaving the room so clean, I knew we made a great choice. He takes pride in detail. All of the subs and their crew were top knotch.

Professional & Organized - We have remodeled our various homes 5 times. No other company has compared to the organized approach that DreamMaker has. Each meeting was quick, business like and Steve and Marchell knew exactly what questions needed to be answered by us and in turn, they either immediately had answers for our questions or quickly got back with us with answers to our questions. We never felt like our time was wasted.

My husband and I 'adopted' Travis and Doyle!!!! Our son is about their age and has the same wonderful work ethics. They were very patient as we struggled with certain decisions on the design and details. Wayne, Tim, Scott, and all of the other craftsmen who worked on the project are very talented and it was a pleasure having them work on our house. Everyone was very helpful and concerned with our happiness during the process.

Communication - Can't say enough positive comments regarding Steve. He made the total process enjoyable. I especially appreciated the fact that he made frequent trips to Pampa to see that ALL things were going well.

Original Design

Original Design - Due to the fact that we are considered the geriatric generation...DreamMaker made suggestions that would meet our needs that I hadn't thought of...i.e, a handicap accessible shower, placements of grab bars, etc... I'm most grateful for their foresight as we have already benefitted from their expertise.

Construction Quality

Construction Quality - Extremely satisfied with the workmanship. Not only were they highly proficient, but amicable...always willing to accommodate us even if the situation stopped the work in progress.

Recognized Excellence - Now I'm embarrassed because I'm not good at names, but if I could...all would be listed. The tile layers worked eight AM to nine or ten at night, plumber was nice to fix an additional problem, and the tile removers (altho one was ill) still always had a smile as he worked. I mentioned Steve above, but when you see "the boss" transporting concrete sacks in order to help---you know something is right. They all were amazing and it was evident they enjoyed what they were doing.

Lead Source - I heard of them at first in a little publication—a Shopper's Window or some periodical like that. I've seen their name, and when I went to Home Depot to check and see how they do bathrooms and kitchens, they said they sent their bathroom stuff to DreamMaker. So that's what started my search with them.

Additional Comments - I just think they did a great job. Everybody that came was very well prepared for the day. Things came up, but for the most part everything was just great. They did their job, and they always cleaned before they left.
