I interviewed 5-6 different highly recommended companies. I felt that Driftwood Builders was the most knowledgable and professional. They did exactly what they said they were going to do. They have a very nice reputation in our neighborhood.

They delivered what was promised and in the contract. They actually went beyond. After the roofers started we had some inclement weather and they stopped before it got wet and made sure that it was going to be leak proof. We were totally satisfied. Once the weather cleared up, they continued and still on schedule.

Owner Todd Munsinger was outstanding with explaining choice of roofing materials, scheduling the work, and the process of working with the insurance company. His office staff (Carmela) was terrific too. A homeowner may install one roof in his lifetime and that is why you want a local company that has experience and is professional like Driftwood Builders Roofing. Many of my neighbors used DBR and were happy with their choice. Todd Munsinger walked my roof and provided a detailed written estimate when we met.

Todd and his crew did a superb job in every respect. I can't imagine a better roofing company, roofing crew, and finished product. We've moving around the country over the years and had to repair/replace roofs in four different states. No one before ever came close to being this good.

Additional Comments - I was so very pleased at his (Chris Smith) whole handling of the situation from start to finish. He was very exceptionally approachable professional, and courteous.He was also very accessible, meaning I didn't have to chance him down and leave messages and wait for a call back and all that kind of stuff, which is important to me because my time is important so I try to respect everyone else's time too. That means a lot to me.

The product that they used for the ridge rows was faulty, but the company that produced the ride rows is the one that had the recall on them. The people that they sent out weren't from Driftwood. I don't know who sent them.
