Jeremy Hollow with Dry Patrol is extremely professional and helpful. I really liked him a lot.

My initial experience with Dry Patrol and their contractors was awful. However, after the first project manager left and I voiced my concerns, the team did what they could to make it right.

I would like for the contractor and Dry Patrol to have more communication, because there were some time where there was miscommunication on what things had been done. Other than that, everything was good and professional quality.

Todd Petri, their supervisor, was really great to work with.

But I would reccomend that they coordinate with Dry Patrol each tearout item

I would recommend the dry out and deconstruction teams. They were great. Prompt and polite and efficient.

I did not have any complaints about any of the workers or the salesman. The skilled workers were excellent and did a great job. The process did not work well for me though. I felt as if a lot of things were not completed. The unpacking and bringing my belongings back in, they fell short with. Things did not get connected back the right way.

I was disappointed that I was not compensated based on the lack of communication and the long wait I went through to have my project complete.

This is the worst company I have ever worked with. They did not communicate, follow a schedule, or finish the work that was agreed upon.

Dry Patrol did a fantastic drying up our basement after a well pump issue flooded it. Would highly recommend.Thank you

I wasn't here when they did the roof. When I came home, there was black stuff on my deck and chairs. I had to scrub it and hose everything down. They need to cover stuff up when they do the roof work.

I am not a roofer and was not going up there to look at the job. It was amazingly well done and you could see the quality of the work. After a pipe connection failed inside our home causing extensive flood damage to two levels, the Dry Patrol team performed an excellent job of drying out our home. Thereafter, Gabe Mills provided excellent reconstruction services. Todd Petri managed all of the contractors that repaired drywall, installed new base trim, replaced floor tile, painted, etc. The only reason I gave a 3 rating, is because the painting team was not as thorough or professional as we expected and needed to return in order to complete the job in a satisfactory manner.

When your head is absolutely reeling with uncertainty as to what to do next, the Dry Patrol team can step in and take charge, calm you down, assess the damage, explain the process and lift some of the burden from the homeowner. We are truly grateful and appreciate Dry Patrol for putting our house back together!

I would not recommend this company to anyone. The employees that come to do the work are very nice and courteous but the company is unethical. They will pad the invoice in order to get as much of your insurance money as possible, so make sure you request a copy of the invoice prior to your insurance company or you paying the bill. Thoroughly go over the invoice!! Additionally, they left nasty wet carpet, carpet padding, and boards with nails on my patio for days. It stayed there until I called them to complain. I also had to have them come back and reclean a few areas because it was not properly cleaned the first time. And they had to clean my patio area because by then it had began to stink from all the wet debris.
