We were a little nervous, because we had never used water mitigation services before and didn't have any experience with DryTech. We received a call from DryTech almost immediately to get information on what happened and the damage. They came out to our home quickly and resolved the water damage in a thorough manner, walking us through each step in the process and answering any and all questions we had. I can't say enough good things about the employees of DryTech that we spoke to on the phone and that came to our home. They were friendly and professional, and it was clear that giving us a quality experience in terms of the work performed and customer service is a huge priority to them.
