Duffield Home Improvements just completed tear off and installation of a new shingle roof. DHI made the process easy with excellent communication, organized, clear and detailed estimate. Project manager easy to work with. Workmanship was professional and crew kept area clean during and after project. Any questions I had were answered. I think that they forgot. They responded right away before the installation, but now they are not responding.

Duffield Home Improvements have been fantastic to work with. Great communication and great workmanship. I saw them intentionally redo parts of the job (without being asked) because something might not have been quite right. We had a small chip in a tile where a hammer fell and they repaired that with zero complaint the very same day. When our gutter job was actually less expensive than quoted, they reached out to me to let me know. A truly great experience.

The communication with Mr. Duffield was awesome. He called me back right away when I called him. The crew did a great job. The roof looks excellent. I couldn't have asked for a better job. The price was awesome. They were 12% lower than the other companies I got a quote from. I didn't have to play any games with them. Mr. Duffield came out and answered all of my questions.
