They did a horrible job with the inventory. They missed about $80,000 of belongings. The inventory was very broad and not detailed and it was hard for me to tell what I was looking at. Also, I thought they would take pictures before they threw the stuff away and they did not. I had to ask for my stuff back several times before getting it back and we got stuff back that was not ours. They only recorded one refrigerator and we have two. It took me three weeks to go back and inventory everything myself and it was very disappointing.

I used this company through a recommendation by my insurance company, ALLSTATE. The crew that was dispatched to mitigate the water damage in my basement arrived later than scheduled. However, they were great once they got started (very polite and worked hard). The company did work around my scheduled out of state vacation that took place three days after the incident, and came right in to double-check that my full basement was dry upon my return. My biggest issue came into play with the flooring guy, Frank. He was not thorough in assessing the quality carpet that I had and suggested a decent replacement but of lower quality. I did not realize it until after the install had begun and I had my wife Facetime me so I could see the carpet and padding; he ordered the wrong padding and I had to stop the installment from being completed. When I called and spoke with a supervisor at the company, he was very nonchalant about my concerns and even implied that I was mistaken. The job which was every bit of a two week project stretched out for 8 weeks. I will never do business with this company and would not recommend them to anyone.
