Our home experienced flooding, and the first floor was extensively damaged. Our insurance was useless, so we called several construction companies to request bids. After several bids, we selected Eagle Construction for several reasons. They offer a high level of customer service, from the office staff and project managers to the crew. Everyone went above and beyond to provide us with assistance, recommendations, and suggestions on how to navigate the remediation and repair procedure. Robert Marshall, our project manager, was invaluable. He spent so much time explaining the process and the next steps. He understood our urgency to return home while ensuring that we received the highest quality workmanship. Rob was with us every step of the way. Eagle only works with the most reputable subcontractors. Each subcontractor was polite, reliable, and met all set timelines. This occurred over the holidays, which did not slow anyone down or delay the project. Every person who came into our home treated it as if it were theirs and ensured everything was of the highest quality. We could not be happier with the result. While the experience began as a nightmare, Eagle Construction allowed us to relax and enjoy the holidays while they took care of everything. We could not give them a higher rating.

Easy to work with

All Eagle Construction personnel have been friendly, informative and professional. Our repairs have yet to begin, so I can't comment on the work at this point.

It's not entirely Eagle Construction's fault. People didn't show up all the time, and it took so much time that there was no time for them to complete all the work. On top of that, some of the team members didn't cooperate with the customer.

I was happy with them staying in communications with me at all times through the process and the quality of the work.

Based on some of the personalities I encountered in person and over the phone, I wouldn’t recommend Eagle to anyone. The actual work was good and professional. They were timely and got in and out without leaving a mess. But dealing with the personalities wasn’t the least bit fun. Would not recommend.

Eagle Constructions' quality of work is on par. Timeliness is something that needs to be worked on, as well as follow-up to phone calls.

They did an excellent job. I can't fault them for anything. They just really did a great job.

Their service and corporation was quality. They were efficient, knowledgeable, clean when they came in to do the work and after. They also explained everything to us as the work went along.

They were fast, friendly, polite, did great work, finished ahead of schedule and on budget. Couldn’t ask for more.

Their guy who bid the job left the firm in a couple weeks. The fellow who took over didn't want to do one part of the contracted work, which was awkward. My insurance company agreed to let them off the hook and then allowed me to hire another party to do that part of the job at a considerably higher price.

Steve was a delightful worker who went above and beyond and made sure our bathroom was completely remodeled, beautifully.

Very nice guys, but they broke our toilet and charged the insurance (integrity?), didn’t fix several things they said they’d fix, and left paint smudges on our new floors.

Dave from Eagle Construction was great to work with and I am highly satisfied with their work on our cabin.

The project took six months, which is too long to be without a kitchen.

I had a wonderful experience with Eagle Construction. I hired them after I had an extremely poor experience with ServPro (Roseville) and it was the best decision I could have made. They are great people to work with, do great work, always on time and I had the best project manager, Rob Marshall. Always kept me informed as to what was going on, time frame, etc., and kept to his word and finished the job right on schedule.
