Where to begin. This is the 5th house I’ve built and has been by far, the absolute best experience I’ve ever had. It started the minute (and I mean minute) I met Matt at the clubhouse of Hathaway Lakes. He was friendly, inviting, funny, engaging, knowledgeable, trustworthy and most importantly HONEST….I could go on and on. What a great representative for your company. He will more than likely be the first person you’ll meet and base whether you buy on your interaction with him. Now I can honestly say, he is my friend. That is sooooo very, very important to me. The house prior to this one was exactly the opposite. Cody as project manager has been equally instrumental in making this such a positive experience. He is very conscientious and thorough and a wonderful representative for your company too. I was faced with the greatest challenge of my life and Josh and this company were willing to do whatever it took to help me. How wonderful and grateful I was and still am. I don’t think any other company would have been that accommodating. Every employee that’s had a hand in any part of this has been amazing to work with - Laura in closing and Amanda in the design center. Such a pleasure. What a smart idea to have the Monday videos. I can’t tell you how much I looked forward to those. I lived 3 hours away and couldn’t come here as often as I would have liked. I would forward those to my family and friends and they too were impressed that you do that. Brilliant AND so very, very helpful and the anticipation was so much fun!! She did a great job. I’m sure I’m going to miss saying something but suffice it to say - I love it here. I’ve loved the experience thus far and don’t anticipate that changing any time soon. The people I’ve worked with are top notch and my home is so pretty. The process was so easy and I am very grateful for that. I hope I’ve emphasized enough 😜 how much I love my new friends (your staff), my home and the area out here.

I want to be fair and honest with my review here. I've delayed responding to this survey to check myself on whether I'm being harsh or fair and give us time to live in the space and answer candidly.
Eastbrook secures desirable neighborhood locations but they rush contractors and the result is a nice looking product but after living in the space I feel it is only average quality. Some great parts of the process and some headaches. We didn't expect everything to go 100% smooth but in the comments below I've shared some of our experience that makes this 3/5 stars. Realistically, I can't say I would recommend Eastbrook from our experience. But I do think with some changes on the actual build it could be (in the stages following the design).

The whole team at Eastbrook is what made this process so easy. From Robin at the very beginning, to Dan during the architecture meeting, Amanda during the design meeting, Kyle throughout the whole building process and Mike now with the warranty phase we really had the best team that we could have hoped for. They all worked so well together and we really feel that they worked so hard to get us this house that we absolutely love. We will, and do, highly recommend Eastbrook homes.

Hard to address this as we bought condo long after it was built so even though it was new we really had no interaction w/Eastbrook; so just on quality which maybe we could have had influence on but that was not possible in this situation

The quality of some of the materials is not great.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. We love the house and felt they were attentive to what we wanted.

We would caution them going in that the design selection process left a lot to be desired. Also if they are interested in many choices, they are not available.

Eastbrook was very easy to work with. They answered all our questions & offered advice. They made our building experience fun!!

What I liked was the community, the way Eastbrook picks the places for the community. In my case, it is a really good community and close to good schools. Flexibility, it was not the most flexible but we were able to do some changes along the way and accommodate changes along the way. The way that Eastbrook selects where to put their community and how they viewed it, I really liked that. Also, the flexibility on both the sales process and the building process.

We enjoy the home, I think it's a well-built home. I did not appreciate the way the homes are taken care of while being built. When the house next door went up, we were already living here, and all the crews there never made an effort to clean up after themselves at the end of the day. Consequently, for almost a year, I had to walk around the backyard to pick up pieces of construction material that had blown over into my yard. I'm still finding things at the edge of the forest behind our house, which is our view from the dining room table. I have to go out and police the edge of the forest from trash blowing in from the construction companies.

A very frustrating experience from beginning to end and then some. Poor communication and lack of attention to detail.

A quality home for the price.

Communication of warranty and HOA concerns has not been satisfactory.

Eastbrook Homes was outstanding to work with through the entire process from design to construction!! The entire staff was friendly and fun to work with!!

We do not want our comments shared publicly on Google or anywhere else. You said to be honest and we were. But due to names being used, this is for your internal use.

The ownership treated us like a number. “As long as the check cashed” approach it seems.
Under the circumstances, a personal visit and commitment was missing. It would have helped us while dealing with a build that took 19 months and many mistakes. We did not end up with the house we expected to be built and payed for.

We can not recommend them, we are so disappointed with the shaky floor and location of our home in relation to the home next door. We were told home location is because of septic drain field and well. I called Bath Township, they approved what Eastbrook sent them, but Eastbrook could have sent them other layout plans which could have been approved

We would definitely recommend Eastbrook Homes to anyone exploring the home building process. The persons we were assigned exhibited excellent knowledge and communicated with both skill and honesty. The homeowner is made completely aware all along the way which yields the opportunity for responsible decision making. Eastbrook Homes employs persons with excellent construction skills and uses acceptable quality materials which produces an awesome end result for the homeowner.

I would recommend building with Eastbrook for the value you receive in a new build. The process is well established and their team makes the buying/building process easy and seamless. However, as the buyer be sure to check in on the property frequently to monitor the work being done. We found a number of concerns we had to bring to our Project Manager's attention that we were not alerted to. Attention to detail with some of the finishes seem to be lacking as well, especially for the amount we paid for our home (e.g. crooked fixtures/outlets, paint issues, un-aligned doors/cabinets, flooring issues, etc.).

Overall Eastbrook was responsive to our concerns as we went through the process. Staff listened to our needs and made an effort to satisfy those concerns. As issues arose during the building process and subsequent to moving into our new home they were quick to learn about the issue and work with us in an effort to resolve our concerns.

This has been a smooth process from start to finish and we are delighted with our new home. The Eastbrook process fit us well and any items under warranty were addressed and corrected at the scheduled follow ups at 30,90 days,and one year.
