He gave me a brochure of the products so I could choose colors and left his business card. I think they had a cancellation, so within four days of that, they were here to do the work. The crew and Edgar, the foreman, were amazing. They showed up on time, were respectful, and cleaned up. It was a great experience. We have never had an experience like that with any contractors we have had. We had a wonderful experience from the time I called them to the completion of the project. They let us know when the city inspector was coming to give us the information, and it was a very, very good experience.

A roof is a big investment. So you want it done right. Econo handled everything very professionally and with a minimum of fuss. We got a couple of estimates. All were about the same price. But we went with this company because they were the most professional and actually acted like they wanted to job. They left us a professional packet with samples. In addition, they are fully insured, and they seem to take good care of their teams. They took care of all the permitting paperwork- we were barely conscious of it being done. They are local, which we prefer. They came recommended by a neighbor who has several investment properties in the area. They lived up to the recommendation.The new roof has cooled our house, as promised. It looks great. The job site was incredibly clean. All the rain gutters were reinstalled perfectly, no damage. The team showed up on the dot every day and the foreman came to check and get the team started. They worked from morning to 2 pm in July. This allowed them to work during the "coolest" parts of the day. The team was polite and hard working. They were as quiet as you can be with a new roof. No complaints from the neighbors. And the project was done on time. We now have an solid 50 yr. roof.
