ECP has been great after our disruptive water damage. Ed and Arturo have been very clear and attentive to our concerns especially since we’ve never been through anything like this before. COVID related delayed our carpet choice but we found an alternative that was acceptable. It was stressful but ECP helped ease our concerns. Great job!

The workers were so satisfactory. The work was excellent and I would definitely recommend them. The lady that answers the phone is very nice and receptive. Every time I called she was courteous, kind, and knowledgeable.

Additional Comments - ECP is a professional team that does impeccable work. You will not be disappointed. They have many great suggestions when designing a new kitchen and bathroom, this was extremely helpful.

Some things were done great and some things done are not perfect. They take too long to get things done.

I'm unhappy because it has taken so long. Once I signed the completion it's like I'm the last one to get my work done. He put me off because it was Christmas, and then it was New Year's, and now the excuse is Valentine's Day.

Ed and his crew were on site within a couple of hours us calling Allstate, opening the wall for the plumbers to repair our leaking pipe and beginning the drying process, after the walls were dry his drywall guy and painter closed up the wall and matched everything perfectly. Soon after the carpet guy finished up the job. Ed kept in touch and was very easy to work with.

I had Home Depot set up my measure for quartz counter tops and when this company came to measure they were kind and courteous and brought with them a booklet of more quartz samples for me to choose from. In my mind I thought they were being so nice showing me more of a selection but as it turned out, they weren't measuring for me to choose anything i found at home depot. but instead sort of like a bate and switch, more expensive, thicker, life time guarantee quartz/labor that would come out to be much more $ than I planned on spending. It was not for 2 more days that i figured this out. Seems they only measure for their line of product and not the ones in store on sale. I cancelled on day 2 of my 3 day cancellation however the funds have not been reversed as of yet. ;(
