My project was redoing two showers taken out the old, fiberglass showers and tubs replacing with porcelain tile

From start to finish, everything was very smooth. Very positive experience .
The project manager is great at explaining things. The customer service people always communicate every day with scheduling. The guys that did all the work were great Excellent workmanship, excellent quality job.
Edgar was my project manager, and he was fantastic to work with.

Problem Resolution - One minor issue came up and one of the tile setters noticed it. The tile company that I purchased the tile from sent the wrong color, grout, and before the tile setter installed the grout he came and got me and asked me if that was the right color and it wasn’t .he could’ve very easily just put the grout in, but he sharp enough, and experiencing enough to know that it didn’t match up.

The other one never came down on the price. EGM was very honest, fair, and took care of the customer. They didn't inflate the price. I will reach out for a kitchen remodel.

EGM was not the highest or lowest bid we received. We chose them for their ease of communication and responsiveness (something we have found to be terribly lacking across most construction companies). Every single person we came in contact with was professional and showed up on time. They all worked very hard to make our master bathroom better than we envisioned. We are a bit of perfectionists where the small details matter and they really rose to meet those expectations. They addressed all of our concerns and questions and took the time to explain things that maybe didn’t make sense to us. They came up with great solutions to unexpected hiccups along the way. We would recommend them to anyone and would be returning customers.

A company is only as good as their word and follow through on any project. Edgar was soooooo good at explaining and facilitating the execution of the project from start to finish. Allllll the workers exceeded our expectations. Although I can’t remember all their names, They are a great team.

They were efficient and cleaned up after themselves. They were exceedingly polite and did beautiful work. I'm very, very happy with everything that was done!

Additional Comments / Overall Experience - I'm happy, happy, happy! It's absolutely beautiful! I'm going to have a glass shower door put in by a company they recommended. They gave me a wonderful price on it, and I will have that done. They referred sprinkler people, and they picked up the water heater from me and delivered it. They kept the work site clean every day. All of the workers were clean, polite, and fast. They were very efficient at their job. I would recommend them. I will use them again to fix my other bathroom.

Project Manager Knowledge & Accessibility - I was tired of sales pitches and hours of nonsense just to get to the price . I told Edgar I wanted a no bs quote and that’s what he gave me. He measured and gave me the price for the different systems and we made the deal. No bs sales tactics just up front out the door prices. Everything went just like he said from order times, to installation. Also he gave me a price estimate over the phone before we met. These guys are a class act.
