I already have referred them to a friend. If it wasn't for them, I don't think I could have gotten a new roof, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. It wasn't just one person, it was a whole team that kept in contact and worked around the clock, they were always available.

They did everything that I asked them to. It was all very professional and very quickly done. It was awesome.

A 2 to 3 day job initially took 2 weeks. Contractors were never on time and Elite management never took responsibility for thier contractors. In the end after dealing with continued damage from the poor work it took nearly 2 years to finally close the roofing project out and repair all the interior damage to my home caused by poor work performed by contractors.

I was lucky to find Elite Exteriors after Hurricane Sally. We already lost a home in Panama City from Hurricane Michael, then 2 years later have damage from Sally...was a tough time. Elite Exteriors made it easier, and that's what we needed. I actually believe they cared that our house not only got fixed, but got fixed with shingles we loved, and for a price we could handle. Mind you, our insurance had already denied our claim. Elite Exteriors got involved and got our insurance to not only give us enough money to REPLACE THE WHOLE ROOF, but also additional money for the interior. We needed a break; physically, emotionally, in every way, and Elite Exteriors provided it. Cheesy or not, I'm forever grateful.

We were handled with care thru the total process. Our salesman was quite thorough in explaining what we needed and why. Elite took care of the paperwork with our insurance company. The owner, which was surprising, stayed in touch with us threw the process of trying to get us the color shingles we wanted. You see during the pandemic and the hurricanes in 2020 there became shortages in the building industry which affected the availability of roofing materials and shingles in particular. Jason and Holly held our hands until such time they were again available. When that time came, we got a date and that is when the job was done. Cleanup after job was complete was excellent. Unless Elite Exteriors can come out and fix the ridge. As well as make me happy on the ridge. I would never recommend them. That is the only thing in regard to their quality that I am upset with. The rest of the roof looks great. However, that still looks bad. So, as of now, I would never recommend them.

They were very prompt in responding to my inquiry regarding a roofing consultation, and had them come out within the week. They put on the roof as soon as possible. I loved the whole experience and would recommend them to everyone.

They are a good company, they did what they said they would do.

The job was well done, and professional.

When they were packing up their stuff, the manager said he needed another $1,000 before he left. I already paid $16,000 for shingles that had less than half the warranty on them. I got no refund for the extra materials that they didn't use and took back.

They were just overall very professional. I would work with them again.

You guys knocked it out of the ballpark with sales, customer service, project quality, timing....everything. Elite helped me out with a short timeline trying to get my house ready to sell and I just cannot believe how perfectly everything was handled. Shane really went out of his way to ensure I was taken care of and I'm extremely thankful! I had a # of different home-improvement projects at the beginning of the year with different contractors, and unfortunately had issues with every single one. Shane and Elite were the exception and such a breath of fresh air. They actually made it an enjoyable process!

Problems from the very start

I set Elite up to do my mom's roof too- and they did an excellent job for her too.

I would not recommend them to a friend because I wouldn't want them to mess up someone else's yard and damage their porch rails, house, and plants. The job was okay. Holly came and took care of some things. She made them come out and correct the problems. The original crew that came out was sloppy and they tore up things that I am going to have to fix. Most of the things I have already fixed.

They took too long to start (3 months after they got 1/2 the money up front). They did the roof, want us to pay for new gutters, when they destroyed the old ones. Insurance finally picked up the cost.
