Elite Response Inc. was thorough and careful in packing our furniture and belongings. They did it quickly. However, they damaged a couple of pieces of furniture and have taken a long time to repair them. In particular, they hurt a valuable piece of furniture that we have been waiting over a month to get repaired.

The reason I would recommend them, is that I have another friend who had to pack out as well, and their company was atrocious. I was really bothered by the fact that they had to return my things, and too many things were brought back later because they were not together. When your life is turned upside down, and you can't remember everything, and then you remember what items are missing later. They had to make too many trips back to find things. When your entire life is in boxes, you can't remember things all at once. You have to ask them about things later like my ladder, table, and bicycles, etc. I wish they had housed their items better after they get your things.

The box labeling process was awful. Every box was labeled with the same “Alan Ketzes. Tree on House” label. Totally screwed up our unpacking and resettling process costing us not just hours, but WEEKS of extra time to try to find things amid the stacks of boxes, all of which had to be opened to find things since each one was labeled exactly the same.

I like the company and it was good work. I am satisfied.
