Elite Restoration Services is very unprofessional and untimely. I am very disappointed in the company.

It took a year for Elite to complete the repairs on my house and at times I could not reach anyone with answers to what was happening and when I did there were more promises made and not kept. The paint job was a nightmare and although there had been a fire, the painter did not use the proper primer to block . He used a paint with primer combination which is not intended to abate fire damage. Allstate gave me extra money and jacked my premium up to recover the money even though I was paying them for years without a claim. As soon as I can I will be dropping Allstate even if I have to pay more.

To say that my representative was the most frustrating and unaccountable person that I have worked with in my life would be an understatement. To say he was unprofessional would be an understatement as well. I do not believe a word that comes out of his mouth. At one point, I had him go pick up some of my supplies at a business and he actually upset the business so much that I ended up having to send them a basket to apologize. There were many incidents of a similar nature during my experience with them.

I would never ever use this company under any circumstances.

The men were friendly and courteous but apparently my house was far away from their business and so weeks would pass without anybody coming. The company itself was chuck full of nice folks who did a good job. Their subcontractor was awful.

Our experience with Elite was overall good. Their representative Dru did an out standing job from A to Z! Dru made sure the sub-contractors did what they were suppose to do. Additionally Dru was knowledgeable, professional, personable, compassionate and trust-worthy. If you need work done, call Elite and ask for Dru. I can only speak to the efforts and actions of Dru since he was the Elite representative who engaged us during the majority of the process. Kudos to Dru and Elite Restoration Services. Thank you for the service and a job well done.
