Project went smoothly and on schedule. Two problems were resolved quickly.

Overall terrible experience. Seemed good on the front end, but the billing and payment process was a nightmare. Never received final until 5 months(!) after the final inspection took place. When I tried to follow up on the status of the bill a week or so after the inspection I received no reply and was ignored. When the final was eventually sent (by this time 2 weeks before Christmas) it was for way more than the estimate and more than what the insurance would cover. Was offered a discount when I fist complained, but it was suddenly cut in almost half when they demanded payment. Would never recommend this company.

I had 3 job bids from Elite. One was not awarded as the price was double other licensed contractors. Another was awarded however communication with the PM was very difficult throughout the processes. Work completed was professional quality. The third job was also awarded however a section of roof had to be re-done several times to get it right.
