They were very easy to work with. They responded to all of my questions. They did a good job as far as I know. I am happy with it. It is still up there with all the wind we had had. I guess they did it good and proper.

From the beginning, when I first contacted them, they were extremely friendly and helpful. I can hear the smile on them while they spoke. I understand how difficult customer service is, so I know when to appreciate it. They were able to send out a salesman to inspect my roof fairly quickly, despite them being backed up after a hail storm. Drew was the salesman who assisted me through the whole process of my roof repair. He worked with me and gave me a fair and honest estimate. Once the project began, I was very impressed on the quality and haste the crew displayed! Peyton was the project manager who overlooked everything and even threw in extra small details that I thought were nice. 1 day, was all it took to finish two roofs and the redecking! That seriously impressed me. After everything was complete, Elliott Roofing sent me the final invoice, but I noticed a discrepancy with it. I was being overcharged...It had me worried and stressed over it for about a month. Once I scheduled a meeting with my initial salesman, we looked it over it and we were able to address the problem, it was finally fixed with the help of Amy. Turns out, the claims department that they contract made an error, and it honestly costed me alot of stress. Thankfully, it was caught, fixed, and made right. It revived my hopes in the company again. Elliott Roofing is full of hard working and professional personal!

They sent me a lien notice before sending an invoice, and before I could pay it. The invoice should be sent before they threaten a lien. I wrote a check immediately, and I didn't like that.

The salesman promised that he would get something on the quote, and didn't do that job. So when the work was done, he did not do the job he promised to help with. The facia was rotten, and they replaced the roof but did not replace the facia as he said they would. This is a large company. They have other customers and will not remember little details. Make sure you are everything is written down and not just going by word of mouth of the salesman after the quote is done.

They were great in the beginning, even helped with insurance, but after I signed the contract I did not hear back for over a month. Then when I did get in contact with them again, after several calls from myself, it took another month for me to get them out to the property to start the roof replacement. After the roof was replaced, I had to call several times to get someone out to install the gutters. Meanwhile they left the old gutters laying in the backyard, with screws and sharp edges exposed, for almost 3 months before someone finally picked them up after my calling again!

Used Elliot in 2008 and was very satisfied with their work so chose to use them again and they didn't disappoint but did first class work.

The representatives of Elliott Roofing handled my roof replacement and made me feel very comfortable in how they handled things.

The individual I did business with, Jesse Chambers, was very professional and explained the whole process of roof replacement and insurance involvement, so that I knew exactly what to expect. The estimated cost as well as the scheduled completion was completely adhered to. The installation crew showed up on schedule and worked hard. They did a great job, and completely cleaned up the debris in the yard without any damage to shrubs, etc. I highly recommend this company as being very professional and reputable and really good.
