We had an excellent experience with Elor Energy. In fact, we started with just a small subset of windows we wanted to replace and at the end of the project we opted to replace our remaining windows with them. We have already noticed a difference with our interior temperatures inside the house.

They made the entire process painless and seamless from matching our new windows with the previous owners minor updates. They also helped us interface with our HOA to get the project approved.

We had two separate installers come in, Sammy and Augie. They were both very professional and treated our space very professionally and cleaned up as if they were never there. Our 2nd project was larger and they completed it within a day when we were expecting at least two days.

The salesman facilitated a no interest loan for my windows, but in the end I paid $2400 interest because he did not tell me the correct loan due date. Help me get my $2400 back from Goodleap and I'd give Elor 5 stars.

Windows are amazing quality, install was fast, 1.5 days for 9 windows. Everyone you encounter with is professional, kind, and willing to help. -1 star for sales tactics. A salesman will come to your house and he spent 6 hours pitching the sale. To me, that was not necessary.
