I hoped they would do a better job explaining the lumber that was used. They seemed to have some problems, and they didn't order the right lumber. They wanted a substantial amount to correct it.

We were very pleased with the quality of work and the product installed. However, as far as professionalism they did not keep us up to date on when they would arrive. We also had many personal items that were taken or missing from us. We are not sure if they misplaced them or if they were stolen. My mothers wedding rings, my wedding rings and my jewelry were all taken. As well as my husbands jewelry box was missing, and a safebox with family pictures. Even now, months after the job was finished we are still noticing items missing from our home. I left a review on Better Business Bureau to warn other people, not to try and get money from them in return. They put a comment under my review that it is stated in the contract we signed that they are not responsible, nor will they reimburse you for anything. We did not want anything in return, other than our items to be returned. If someone is going to use this company, they should always have someone in the home while the compnay is there. We did not think to remove valuable items due to the flooding. We were just told to leave, and leave everything for the insurance company. We were not happy with the way the project manager handeled this concern. They also left under my Better Buisness Bureau comment that I found the jelrewy while Emergency Restoration & Contracting was in my home. That is untrue. I even left jewelry out on a night stand, purposely, walked away and it was missing. I will not use these people again, nor do I recommend them.
