They were extremely helpful, and courteous with all of my issues and questions.

Worst experience I’ve had dealing with ERX. They will leave the work not matching the existing home. People will pop up at your house to do work with little to no notice. I was even told they no longer made a gutter design that was on my home and instead they installed some other system while I was away at work.

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!! CESAR, ONE OF THEIR CONTRACT MANAGERS, WILL LIE AND REWORK YOUR BILL TO RIP YOU OFF. They had to come back multiple times to repair horrible initial work done. They are not standing behind their work and we are left to fight it.

Very professional. Transparent about the whole process. Gave helpful suggestions and aid wherever possible.

We were connected with them through our insurance company. They came out for a leak in our bathroom. They came around the first of February and were quick about doing the tearoff, and initially we were pretty happy. We were abandoned for months after someone removed the toilet in April, leaving us without a toilet or shower until August or September. We were not given updates on the project. The only way we moved forward was by doing some things ourselves. The work was substandard. The title was crooked, and the door hits the bottom of the floor when we open it. The quality was poor, but we were so ready to have them out of our lives that we just accepted it.

Make sure you check what you are supposed to be doing. The project manager constantly lies about different things. The office staff is great.

Based on my formal experience is why I rated that the way I did.

They need to have more communication between the subcontractors and the project manager and owner.

The crew was very friendly and worked quickly and efficiently. After they completed their work and packed up their tools, there were deep gouge marks around my bathroom sink and in my bathroom floor. I am not pleased with this damage and I have heard nothing back from the company about my concerns.

Emergency Restoration Experts seem to have good people working for them and they know what they are doing/ However, they seem like they have some loose ends in regards to employees as far as who does what; getting the right people where they need to be. If they can get that figured out, they will be a great company.

This organization employs unqualified workers to complete their jobs. Most of the projects at my home had to be done twice!

ERX is good at abatement work. Do not use them for the repairs. It will be a nightmare. You are better off with a good general contractor or if the claim is small enough act as your own project manager. If you use ERX you will become the project manager anyway. Always having to call them to find out when things will get done.

The lady from the office Tania was very friendly, nice and answered all my questions. The second guy that came out about the quote was better than the first.

I was very pleased with the customer service, and the work done.

Totally satisfied with everything done by ERE. Would use them again, if needed, and do recommend them.

Sam who was in charge of the mitigation was very courteous and knowledgeable. He explained everything and did what he was supposed to do.

Very slow at getting house repaired. Took 5 weeks. Paint job was very bad. Had to call several times to get things done.

Because it took so long to get started. I went through 3 different people coming out and saying that they'd be back. They never came back so the company would send someone else out. They said one was no longer with the company. I think they were all from different E.R.S locations but Mike was the fourth one that came out and actually returned.

The guys did an excellent job initially. Days after, they followed up and continued to monitor the situation until the sub floors were bone dry. Both men were cordial and professional. Would highly recommend this company for any one who needs this type of service.
