They had excellent service, and each person we worked with was great. They went well beyond to help with everything they did.

We were totally dissatisfied with the service we got. It was terrible. At the beginning we were told it would take three weeks, and it took five months. In the end, we were harassed for the final payment after we were held up for a long time. The first group was horrendous and claimed they had experience, but they apparently they did not have experience on floors and cabinets. The floor had to be done three times, and some of the cabinets were put in upside down, and we had to start over. They sent someone over for three days, and he ended up working somewhere else. Another person said he would come back, and we wouldn't see him for another two weeks.
My experience was very positive and I found ERX to be very professional and reliable. The project management was spot-on and their contractors who did the repairs were also very skllled and efficient.
The job had to be done in the kitchen three times. They did a rushed job.
The overall process went well, but we had a couple of subcontractors that had to redo things, and I was not overall pleased with it. The project manager did well, but I noticed things from the subcontractors after the fact.

All the employees were courteous and nice. ,,,,,,but Ian and Amber were the absolutely best in professionalism and answering any questions I had. They talked to me before hours and after hours to make sure I understood every detail of what was going on. These two deserve a raise!!
I would not recommend Emergency Restoration Experts, LLC. I would not use them if I had to do it over again. I think they were only out to cut corners and pocket money to pad their bottom line.
Took 1 year to complete a 2 month job cut corners everywhere with extremely poor craftsmanship interior paint job horrible with nail heads popping out everywhere
If your in a time crunch i would be hesitant of this company due to repeated employee turnover. But if you have the time their work is great.

Agreed to an estimate, signed it and took our deductible. Then took weeks bringing in subcontractors who eventually all told them they refused to do it for what ERX had agreed to do it for our insurance company for and ERX told us they were backing out of the contract. This left us dealing with our insurance who said if a contractor agreed to the price (It was $10k less than 3 other contractors quoted which is why we went with ERX) then they weren't going to pay out more than that. Their crews left open paint on our patio, sitting on top of plastic that was taped to our porch and when the wind blew the plastic sheeting it knocked over the paint, damaging our concrete. They tried to clean it and it only made it worse. They promised to refund us the cost of repouring the cement pad and then backed off that, saying they would send someone to pressure wash it. That person never showed up. Now ERX has our deductible still (its been WEEKS) and they ghosted us over the cement pad too. The only nice thing I can say about ERX is when I DID manage to talk to someone they were all very polite and friendly.

Brandon, the project supervisor, was very accommodating and helpful. The subcontractors were not aware of or the details of the job they were to do. I had to inform several of the workers what the job was. I feel this was due to the subcontractors supervision or owner. On a couple of occasions, the contractors did not show up for the day. One contractor argued with me about my concerns on the scope of the job. He was wrong. Communication with all the workers was difficult in that all were Hispanic.
Had trouble getting response when I had a issue. Would call leave message and never received call back from customer service. Also communication between associates performing different duties on project was poor in my opinion.
I was very pleased with the work completed, the timeliness, cleanliness, professional, courteous, and friendly staff that worked on getting my bathroom restored after pipe burst.

They did a lot of changing of the people I was dealing with. I would have to find out who was in charge now and I did not like that. They should have the customer work with the same person from start to finish. The only time it should change is if the person is sick or no longer with the company. It makes you feel like they didn't care about you and that it is about the money. It was not a good feeling. I spoke to the quality assistant person and am now working with him. I really like him.
