Emergency Restoration employees were very professional and courteous. They also made sure to keep a neat and organized work area throughout the process.

Well my dilemma started on September 20, 2020. I called my insurance co and was immediately connected to Emergency Restoration. The co came out to take care of the water damage from a busted hot water hose to the washing machine. The crew picked up all the debris from a drop ceiling in the basement and vacuum up all the water in the lower level. Fans were brought into dry up the carpeting. The next day another crew brought heaters and more equipment along with removal of laminate flooring moldings etc. Then we discover some type of mold. That's were a co was suggest on the list to do mold testing. Now most insurance co covers the test and only $5000 of mold remediation. It was amazing that the co project manger had 3 different costs to take care of the problem from $15000 to $12000 to $8000. Well I choose the lesser amount minus the $5000 which left me with a $3000 out of pocket expense. I was told that if I wrote a check immediately that the $15000 would be reduced by $2000. What a scam. Go for only the amount the insurance co will cover. Now comes the reconstruction starting with an estimate for repairs. Again the project manager was professional. Brought in the estimator drywall co, cabinet maker, flooring co. so I thought I was on the road to recovery. We after being told that I could do some things on my own but the savings would have to be utilized elsewhere. That's were the problem started. Apparently, there was not enough money in the project the co would have to decline it. The company project manger or his supervisor never called to tell me. I found out from a call from my insurance adjuster. Had sad. Here I sit with a destroyed home and left to find contractors to complete what was destroyed in there path. I would never ever recommend this company to my friend or worst enemy.

We were happy with most of the work done and all the employees were super nice and friendly but sometimes the right hand did not know what the left hand was doing. Miscommunication between the project manager and the contractors. In the end we got the work done, but it took a very long time. There were some weeks when very little work was done.

Emergency Restoration was professional, prompt and thorough. In particular, their communication was the best I’ve ever experienced with a contractor. Good communication is rare these days.

They are suburb! Tara's group was very professional and outstanding! She had us come and make sure she wasn't throwing anything away that we wanted. She had our best interest in mind! They listened to my directions. They came and went in a very short time. They were very professional!

This is my first experience with Emergency Restoration contractors and found it to be positive. My foreman was excellent, very personable, accommodating and professional. He did an excellent job finding the right tradesmen to complete the work for my needs. Work was completed on time, and on budget. ER warranties the work that was completed which gives me the peace-of-mind to know the work was done correctly.

The team was great!
